I disagree addicknt, it's not about helping out each others argument or world view.
It's about being factual.
The share price show's no interest from any party acquiring us.

Also for production argument.
Why have we raised 50 million that can only be used to advance Cascabel, and cannot be spent on anything else.

The strategic review not only mentioned hydroelectric, but also looking at how to bring Alpala along to production quicker and cheaper.
It seems to have the same outcome as the PFS.

I think you should move current share price from production list to the list indicative of a deal.
As current share price shows not only no deal, but also no one believes there will be a deal.

You know that thing that's happening that everyone says is proof of a sale.
When in fact it's completely the opposite.
Ask yourself why is Solgold spending money doing this.

DBW you have been constantly wrong and still are.
We know we don't have a bid or interested party.
We have raised money which is ring fenced for Cascabel, cannot be spent on anything else.
We have now raised 36million to advance drilling.
None of this is to do with a bid.
Add to that, that we have a strategic review that is looking at hydroelectric and a cheaper start up for Alpala.

This is looking at how to bring Alpala to production.
That's what the facts point to, and we have the evidence.

The important thing here is the book became a lot more diverse.
This makes any bid much tougher than before, as now BHP and NCM diluted percentage wise. And a new investor with a decent stake.
Also the statement on exploration and advancing of our project.
This can only mean Cascabel.

The stand out line in the announcement is this gives us extra optionality.

DBW I have always said that production was the most likely outcome.
I didn't see us obtaining 100% of Alpala.
But since we have, I agree a JV is possible and now looks more likely.
I have always looked at the most probable outcome looking at the facts and evidence.
I don't see a bid for all the reasons I have previously mentioned.
But if we get over a pound at this point in time.
Then lots of high yielding dividend shares out their with good dividend cover.

It's the complete picture.
No one is going to buy us unless they can get us cheap.
No one is going to sell because they want full value or close to it.
So no one makes a bid.
We carry on and eventually we keep raising funds.
Or we build it ourselves.
If the CGP deal is completed we own 100% of ENSA and we can finance this cheaper and quicker.
If in a JV it becomes even more affordable.

Bozi you misunderstand me.
I do think a JV to production is the most likely outcome.
But if we were to get over 1 pound a share that would be a decent outcome.
I make my investments for the long term for part of my portfolio and some are speculative.
My investments in Solgold and VRS are speculative.
My investments in DLG, BP, VOD and Lloyds are long term and income providing.

I relented and voted for everything yesterday afternoon.
Not happy, as I would have liked clarification on the strategic review before the vote.

Afternoon Monte 5 years not 25 years, strange company nothing quite like them on the market.
Lots of products coming down the line using high tech materials.

I didn't tip it, I said I had taken a position in it.
They issued some more shares and price has sharply declined.
I have bought a few more shares. But still down.

You may be right Addicknt.
But up till now you have been wrong and said we are getting a bid often.
I accept that someone could offer us a full and fair bid.
But ask yourself a question. Why would they?
Surely we would have been bid for by now.
The CGP deal makes us less likely to sell Cascabel.
As major shareholders diluted and the increased diversity of the book, means it's harder for all parties to agree a price unless a hostile bid is launched.

Addicknt I will answer your question, but first if I may, you have misrepresented me again.
It's not about what I want. It never has been.
It's about being a dispassionate investor and looking at the statements by the company, their actions, the facts and the evidence.
By understanding this as much of any of us can, we can look at what is the most probable outcome.
