Tayaramecanici, I took a knocking a while ago for not being part of the 5p by sign of brigade, I also suggested that there could well be another placing, that's those two right. My other predictions to materialise yet are: a move to the main market and a serious share consolidation (pointless in my view before), some news on additional licences and resolution of license issues in Eithiopia (that's why he's got the war chest), and some exciting news from Saudi. All my own views, but why this placing hasn't really bothered me.

Hi Sharezy, take the name shown in the LinkedIn profile and go to companies house and search for directors and officers, all the companies come up.

I doubt it Kefigold, another company set up in the last couple of months by the same director who has opened 12 companies in the UK since November 2025. I don't ever knock someone who tries, but the difference with Chancery Royalty is it has been set up by mining executives

It's odd, don't you think that HAA has basically sorted out the finances and is after a bit more money: why?

If I were a betting man, I'd put it on the fact he's got such good relations going across the board, there is more to come than just TK, what has been unofficially discussed, what disputes are out there that will get settled, what other licenses are going to need a war chest to move forward without diverting finances away from TK?

HAA has proved he's not daft, he's played, and is playing a blinder, the only people who don't see that are those who threw the kitchen sink at it too early and haven't therefore been able to take advantage of the low share price.

My opinion only. Hold tight. This has been derisked so much for me I am now considering averaging up.

I totally agree Kent, have said it myself and got flack from prolific posters on here for doing so.

I took a bit of a beating the last time I suggested that the SP will not reach the dizzy heights suggested by some upon completion of all signatures, and this will be a slow burn up to production. But I stand by what I said, still think it. Additional information on additional licences, or significant updates in Ethiopia or Saudi, or a move to the main market will help move the needle more.

Don't get me wrong, 10x tomorrow I'd be love it, but see this as a bottom drawer investment that can be tucked away that will do me very nicely in retirement.

As regards the full Project financing package, it remains the case that the Company has more than enough capital on offer for the Project development for which commitments have been received for US$310 million of the US$330 million approved budget as at 1 January 2026. The Company is making good progress finalising the remaining finance components

Sorry Eric, been here for over 14 years watching people trying to dissect every trade with secret broker codes, news leaking, huge buys being worked, definitely be tomorrow, price forecasts up and down, HAA was scratching his ear in one interview years ago and apparently that was a secret sign! 99% of what is posted on here is a load of rubbish.

I couldn't agree more Stephen, quite laughable and pointless.

Harry is currently beholden to others, he has to give an indicative date, but when dealing with governments, banks, third parties et al who all have thier own lawyers nothing runs smoothly, I see this every day in my work. Once we move into an operational phase, things will be completely different.

For those who knock Harry, I'd suggest a quick read of paragraph 3, a very brief bio of what he has achieved over the years and is one of the key elements of me investing in the company originally.

Highly unlikely - the final sentence of the 12th amendment is: 'No person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States'. It would have to go to the supreme Court and I doubt even it (with Trump heavy apointees) would allow it to happen.
