Hi Hope, TK is financed, HAA has a bit of a war chest, but with the potential of 3 other licenses, and SA to consider, I would not discount further raises. (The fabled dual listing could help..).

I hope to god we don't move to a US listing, I don't want to give 15% of my dividends away for no reason...

Hi Drwho, I believe that the total voting rights moved to 13,715,174,216. On that final number, 3% is about 411 million shares. Unless any one institution ended up above roughly that level, there would be no TR-1/major-holding announcement to publish. I think that the instructions have to formally notify Kefi, if they have not done so, no RNS. I think there is a time limit.

I would say yes, if we get more institutional investment that goes into sticky hands and can prevent a cheap take over. I am in for the long term and want to see my patience rewarded.

Magic, you seem to forget that Harry has delivered. PIs moan because they saw get rich quick and got suckered in by all the nutters on here with amazing share valuations. Love or loath him Bonkers called them out and took a lot of flack for it. 🤔 Where are you Kefigold and all the sidekicks? I took flack for saying this wouldn't go up, I suggested another raise, ✅ as I believe there are possibly more licences that we will get, ✅ HAA: 3 others, I believe we will get the overpagged areas returned. I have said that I believe there will be a consolidation, (probably when we move from, or just before, AIM). There is more interesting news to come from Saudi, how that will be funded will probably be by another raise and so on.

Harry has, despite everything, pulled off an amazing feat, he's kept the wheels on and we are about to move from being a frontier explorer to a producer.

If you chuck all your money in on one share you may get lucky. People get caught up in the hype on these boards and don't hold back anything for when there is a raise and get caught out. Caveat emptor. Sorry, but I have little sympathy, would you chuck it all on the 4.30 at Sandown?

Fair post. My read is similar: today is a major step forward, but not necessarily the point where we can say with certainty that 'full financial close' is already complete.

GM approval is clearly important, and with admission of the new shares due shortly it looks like the equity piece is now being completed. That's undeniably positive and removes a big hurdle.

I’d be a little careful with the wording around “closed” or “finished”. In project finance terms, my understanding is financial close is usually when the full funding package is fully documented, binding and available for drawdown, rather than simply approved in principle. So for me, the remaining elements are: admission of shares, satisfaction of (any) final conditions, and ideally an explicit RNS confirming financial close.

Overall, very encouraging news(for me) and a big de-risking step, I think it's reasonable to say we are at or very near the line rather than definitely past it.

Hi Senitor, HAA gives no remuneration to TW, if had time I would search for it. TW has, in the past, been absolutely scathing of HAA in the past.

personally nigel i like the fact that we have more institutional investors, hopefully far stickier hands looking for longer term returns and less likely to sell out in the event of someone trying to takeover (sorry but pis are flakey). i didn't bother with the placing, most times the share price drops below (as it did this time) and i got a better deal.

i know haa has ****ed off a lot of pis, but people forget that this company is/has been an explorer, even worse, a fronteer explorer. for haa to pull this all together after all the issues is quite amazing, i don't always like what he does, but he gets there eventually and i am a firm believer.

those prepared to wait will do very well here.
