Stringer, sorry, I completely disagree. It's his management and tenacity that has got us this far without folding. Few believed he could do what he has done, fewer still have ever achieved, or ever will achieve what he has done. I may not be happy with things that have happened, but it has got us to this point and I am, as a result, sitting very pretty. I for one will be giving him a bottle when I get to shake his hand

I agree Stephen, you need to be careful with any predictions of rerates. This is all going in the right direction, but having been here for 13 years I and others will seriously warn new investors that this is a slow burn. I have no doubt about the fact that over the long term, anyone who is prepared to wait will be handsomely rewarded (as I already have, as have others who have taken their profits), but if you have invested because this is a get rich quick scheme by Christmas could be sadly disappointed. I hope that those of who have recently purchased shares are willing to hold.

Yes, it will happen soon, I have been watching and waiting for around 13 years, have averaged down to a very low level, therefore specific dates are immaterial and rumours unnecessary fluff as I have set my stall out

You would think it was easy, but it's not. We are currently in the process of renewing our documents with 4 external parties, all of which was reviewed and approved last year, and the year before etc. We are now 2months in and no closer to signing. It's a very painful, slow process and that's on a document that's hardly changed in years!

I am good thanks mate! Yes, will be interesting to see what happens, suspect it might drop a bit but not as much, but who knows with this share! Have been considering GGP myself, but have averaged down heavily here over the last 6 months so not had the cash, may take a look again next month. With the price of gold I have decided to let this ride out, could be fun... 😬
