Someone published details on here around the 18th Jan. If that is the person, a quick look at companies house and all their associated companies would suggest that they don't necessarily have the background to become a serious contender

I agree CJM. Raising concerns doesn’t make someone a bad actor — it makes them a shareholder doing 'their' homework. Not everything that isn’t promotional is negative.

An echo chamber of constant positivity isn’t healthy. A couple of balanced concerns on a message board aren’t going to move the share price, but they do encourage better thinking.

We don’t have to agree with everyone, but people are entitled to their view. If confidence in the investment is solid, it shouldn’t be threatened by a few reasonable questions.

If you don't agree with something, state why, give some reasoning and stop falling into the trap of acting like 3 year olds.

I don't agree with everything Bonkers says, but we have a civilised conversation/discussion about things. I do agree with him for instance on the outrageous forecasts based on 'hope' alone, not genuine analysis. Most of the tripe here would never make it to an investment committee.

Exactly what I said a few weeks ago Crisu, their expectations are too high and will not match reality, as has been shown before.

The best we can hope for is we move to the main market, consolidate, get some serious money behind us who wants to hold.

It seems to be speculation / assumption, based on various comments and posts. Yes there will be some form of ceremony, but unless I have missed something, no one (most likely for security reasons) has given a specific time/date.

Morning Bonks! My understanding is this is about distributions from TKGM, not KEFI plc dividends directly.

The royalty is structured as an equity-ranking royalty, not a traditional top-line royalty. which means it does not get paid before shareholders (i.e. not ahead of everyone like a normal royalty), it only gets paid when there is cash available for distribution at Tkgm. When TKGM makes a distribution, the royalty is paid alongside shareholder distributions, from the same distributable cash pool - so effectively, it comes out of the cash available for dividends. Therefore in simple terms:

TKGM generates cash - pays costs & debt: whats left for distribution gets shared between shareholders and Chancery at the same time.
