In May if the material info hasn't yet been disclosed to market, the options will 99% be extended again. The board can't take them up at the moment, and they won't want to lose them, so as long as the NOMAD is satisfied that they have sufficient justification to extend, they will extend.

It’s hardly fair to suggest that management have lied. If they were lead to believe that TMUP issue was imminent that’s not on them, and to be fair to them it does seem completely crazy that after all this time, and holding valid extraction permits, they’ve been told they can’t have the TMUP yet for nothing but bureaucratic reasons.

Timescale has clearly slipped but end game should be achievable, just got some more hoops to jump through first.

Makeabundle, not sure what you mean - the Company has already told us that Nyud will be used as the template for the Rosgeo JV projects, which will only be developed upon successful conclusion of Nyud. They haven't told us what they consider 'successful conclusion' to mean, but I don't know why people are expecting an RNS on the expiry of the JV asset selection period. We know they've obviously selected Nyud, not sure what more needs to be said on the matter right now.

Probably just MM’s trying to balance the books, only a tiny drop and irrelevant in the long term.

One more day for the TMUP to be issued "this week".....

@trader613 Not sure where Sattara is getting their info but I’d be shocked if the grant announcement were a few months away. Where are you getting your info from?

Clearly the company must have had some idea about timeline of funding when they announced in an investor presentation that they were expecting to finalise their funding in Q1/maybe Q2.

Three shorts closing this morning - probably one short in three chunks... Good news. Anyone with Ortex got shorting data for BMV they wouldn't mind sharing?

I'd be very interested to know when that interview was recorded; when Colin speaks about the Scoping Study RNS he says it was "last week" and then corrects himself to "this week" which says to me the interview was recorded late last week (ie around 10th March). If that's the case, the "expecting TMUPs next week" comment *could* mean this week...

Guess we'll find out soon! Either way, good to get those in the bag ASAP. Taken long enough - I'll be very happy when I know they're getting on with serious on site prep for proof of concept.

We aren’t waiting on a transfer of the license to Eurasia, just to be clear. The deal is that Eurasia’s subsidiary TGK is entitled to take 75% ownership of Monchegorske LLC, which I assume is being left for the asset buyer to do at a later stage.

Stateside - apologies, I wasn’t clear but yes - I was talking about guaranteeing funding through to producing proof of concept gold from the ore that is already lying around from back when the mine was in production. Following that, streaming funding should be easy to come by I’d expect - once the theory has been proven the project is derisked massively for potential financiers.

I haven’t bought anything that TW has pumped because I make my investment decisions off my own research, but I have on occasion read one or two of his articles which appeared to be badly researched, badly written, and clearly backed by his own agenda.

Just going to repeat myself here, anyone listening to the charlatan that is Tom Winnifrith needs their head checking. He *always* has an agenda.

Now, onto matters that are worth our time discussing, this placing is a decent deal. Guarantees we’re funded all the way through to actually producing gold, which if anything is even more important than the TMUP news right now. Should give everyone a great deal of confidence. The TMUP was always going to come, it’s just a matter of time - funding was my biggest concern but now very happy.
