It looks exactly like the directors ploughing money into the company at about 10-15% below market price on the day 🤷‍♂️ fairly transparent to me.

In any case, I think people can make their own decisions based on their own research - whatever your motives are I don’t for one second believe it’s because you care about other people’s cash on a share you aren’t invested in, so… I do not trust you and would only ever tell people to do their own research - not rely on one poster who clearly just has a grudge, for whatever reason.

In any case dear Theorist, if PA is such a poor board member then you obviously aren’t invested in Pensana or Alkemy, so why spend two thirds of your time on here commenting on just those two boards?

Fr.Jack.Hackett, maybe before berating the company for not providing a quarterly update you may wish to check your calendar? For we received an RNS in April telling us all about Q1, basically informing us that the thaw at WK was underway and they were just awaiting running water to be able to commence the wash plant operation.

Quarterly updates generally come either at or following the end of a quarter, and as I’m sure you are aware it is June 19th, firmly within the second quarter still.

Aside from that we will obviously get the annual report within the next two weeks which will undoubtedly contain information on the WK mining season so far.

So maybe just chill out and hang on for that report that’s guaranteed to arrive in the next two weeks?

Not lazy on here at all, people just waiting for the company to release news on feedstock and funding.

Magnum - last year the annual report was absolutely not published on 6th June. It was published 29th June. People are wrongly questioning why it hasn't been published yet...

I don’t understand this thread… The board said they expected to publish Annual Report in early June. That hasn’t happened, but it doesn’t bother me. This doesn’t for some reason mean the board have somehow forgotten the need to hold an AGM 🤷‍♂️ Annual Report needs to be published by the end of June and it will be. AGM typically follows 28 days after that. No need to email anyone…

Think the company have already made clear to an investor on a call that this area of Teeside and the corruption scandal is nothing to do with them and doesn’t affect them in any way

I would not support that personally. The options make no difference to when a sale may or may not happen; they were legitimately earned at the time they were awarded; and it’s much more productive if you have concerns to attend the AGM and have a discussion than to start trying to add ineffective punishment resolutions to the AGM.

Going to see a bunch of delayed prints today. Somebody’s bought about 50k shares off book this morning that we’ll see later. Also sells of about 15k not reported yet. Pre-cursor to a little uptick hopefully.
