It will go to a vote:75% of Votes cast need to be obtained EICR have enough votes already to get the resolution passed

It will be a matched buy/sell system;you email the broker and let them know how much you want for your shares:they will try and match a buyer(But who wants to purchase shares in a private company? )

You will still get the dividend:the company may decide to cut that:and you will struggle to sell your shares as the company has no need to purchase them(Hold Ruspetro shares and cannot sell them)

Very unusual to have 100% participation:as has been posted already Boo and the other 2 have nearly enough votes already if they decide to "go for it"

With 310 million shares in issue If only 50% of total shareholders voted:they would only require 75%of that total approximately 120 million

They would require 75% of the votes cast:Not 75%of the company:so imho this would be a simple takeover(if they wanted to do it)
