Who is going to buy your shares in a delisted company?Would you purchase shares in a Delisted company?

Seems there is a constant small seller

Nobody will want to buy your delisted shares

The Major shareholder doesn't care about the SP They will own the company in full and decide whether to pay dividends etc And Will not purchase your shares in the matched system;Would you purchase shares in a delisted company?

The 80% holder is getting bugger all?They are getting the whole company without the hassle of being on the Stock market

The Major shareholder will not want small investors and will buy their shares at a higher price?The major shareholder does not need anymore shares to delist;only they can change the direction of the company:They can do what they want

THE company may decide not to delist:Yep why would the major shareholder want to be on the Stock market/pay dividends/ disclose all their activities etc When they can delist and have it all to themselves And they have no reason to purchase anymore shares as they have 80% ofcsharescin issue

After 1 year the company can decide to cancel the match buy/sell agreement:Good luck with your dividends;This will delist as one institution holds 82%of the shares(Despite what MAGS SAYS!)

Obviously Mags cannot answer my question I OWN 82%of the company How can I fail to delist?

Mags post (Not in yet:)but added more now!!! And thinks if shareholders hold this will not be delisted

Once taken private:the company could decide to cut the dividend payments and keep all the profits to themselves!!!
