IF Major shareholder decides not to sell the company and cancel dividend payments:then all shareholders have is a worthless share certificate:Guessing that there will be more sellers than buyers:Just a traders share :no volume no significant rise in the SP

Do these rules apply to every country? Because IBPO Will not be under any UK jurisdiction as per the RNS
