Well, I've changed my mind about buyout several times, but I do believe that the current illegal war has increased the possibility of the lot being bought now. $150 - 200 million would do us nicely. Put a 10p floor on the sp, then go big in Block VII and throw everything else at Sunsteppe which has massive potential, especially with chunks of cash behind it.
