Has to be, Bauch. I suspect the first proposal triggered other counterparties to up their game, and the war in ME has put us in a stronger position and increased our attractiveness to suitors. . In a recent email from the company shared here, they emphasised that no farm-out updates being issued was partly to support our negotiating position hence why I think there could be multiple parties involved. As I said earlier, nothing can get done until everything is done ie all our ducks have to line up before anything is concluded, ie PC, the counterparty(ies), Mrpam, possibly DQE, so no wonder it is taking time. I trust Buck to get us a good deal with a nice lump sum upfront to kick us off, to reflect what we have spent at Block XX already. Moreover, given how dynamic Zula is, anything could drop at Sunsteppe in the next few months and we are in agood position to support her with a cash injection if need be. I maintain that Sunsteppe has the potential to grow exponentially in quite a short period of time. Certainly a good time to get holding in my view.

If I was an investor at Block Energy, I'd be worried about that 2 million debt they're servicing there year on year.

Would be great to see a farm-out deal like that over at Block VII. Of course, Block XX is already a producing field, with way bigger proven reserves so on a different scale to Block Energy's assets.

Totally agree Bauch. Things seems to be moving so much quicker in the renewables space so a nice surprise could drop anytime. Buck is clearly quite excited about our Sunsteppe JV, given the amount of time and space he's given to it in presentations and updates over the last year or so and he's often expressed his surprise at how quickly things seem to be developing. Moreover, we must have some disposable cash now, if Zula calls for an injection of funds at any time.
