Dunkelmann, You are correct in how the company is perceived by investors and the market - after years of general stasis and share-dilutions, they distrust the management in their ability not only to negotiate for the mining-licence from Togolese government, but also to commercialise any of their assets; not to mention ploughing more money into Togo for discovering cobalt and other battery-metals. And irrespective of the good news emanating from Calidus, Keras will stagnate until clarity lifts the uncertainty surrounding the structuring and disbursement of its shares in Calidus - after all, another six months, at least, to wait for the publication of the PFS.

They may well have based their investment on a tacit agreement from the Togolese govt that the mining-licence will be granted - but no explicit covenant seems to exist; remember when we were granted exploration licences for cobalt and another metal for our investments in them in the hope that that would lead to the awarding of the licence? Well, even then it failed to materialise - hence, nothing is to be taken for granted.

Because of our lengthy, poor attempts in extracting the mining licence from the Togolese govt - quite frankly, with our unsuccessful track-record over many years in attempting to monetise our assets, nothing - absolutely nothing - is to be taken for granted, particularly in the jurisdiction of our manganese.

mk, That's the manipulative cesspit of AIM; at some point - this year - true value will manifest itself: the MMs can only manipulate so far a self-funding, profitable company that releases not only consistently good-news RNSes, but is also bursting with forthcoming ones - and that may even pay a dividend.

No point in worrying why people would sell at different prices: it's the fundamental part of what makes a stock-market
- everyone has different investment strategies over different time-horizons, which may well be affected by personal circumstances, such as paying taxes and making big purchases; I stick to pondering on only mine.
