The market's muted reaction will continue until a) Nayega's mining-licence appears and subsequent financing is released and b) Calidus's PFS and the consequent method of the distribution of in specie shares are revealed.

Surprised, Yes, if it were one entity that has been continually dumping stock over the past year - by heck, that would also have to be an astronomically large holding - then a TR1 would have been released; your rationale on a year-long shorting plan seems plausible.

Investing - and staying invested - in AIM takes much patience and resilience and, in particular, understanding that insider-information and valuation by sentiment reign; although, with SML’s profitable business, multiple projects - and a heavily invested BoD, who work for their money - I feel content in the company’s short- and medium-term outlook: it possesses and conveys commercially strategic characteristics that represent a distinct dichotomy from those of many of its AIM peers.
