Stockers, I agree with you - the reaction would be more positive had he said LC would start receiving income in a few months, which could have propelled an upward trajectory; but, nonetheless, the fundamentally strong commercial case for SML remains unperturbed.

Don't post much on this board; instead i defer to the many knowledgeable posters who articulate this company's trials and tribulations far better than I could ever hope to - but, the BoD's lack of buying shares in this company has always troubled me - they would de well to take a leaf out of SML's BoD.

Let's hope it concludes well before this July...

Remember that it states in the Final Results RNS that KRS continues to look for other manganese-related opportunities - so, difficult to infer whether a takeover of the Nayega operation would financially free it to pursue new, 100% KRS-owned ones; or, a JV in Nayega would entail shares in other ones owned by the current end-user.
