I remain disappointed in the distribution setup for the CAÍ shares: I thought that we would obtain additional value to increase our current KRS one - and not for the latter’s sole value to remain the same upon receipt of the Calidus shares.

An expensive experiment.

So, will we be obtaining additional value, or will our Keras and Calidus shares be the same value as that of our current Keras’s holdings?

One could infer from that statement that no extra value will be obtained from the distribution of the Calidus shares to Keras’s holders - to wit: even after the allocation of Calidus shares, the combined value of those and Keras’s will be the same as it was before, when one just held Keras; seems that the extra value we believed we would gain is non-existent - unless I’m misinformed.

Canaries, Highly probable that Keras's share-price will significantly multi-bag when - and, to some, if - the licence lands; but, as it stands, perhaps the majority remain invested for Calidus, and perceive it as their financial salvation for their losses in Keras.

Expect it to be released sometime next week.

SBK, Indeed, the current drilling programme's results will doubtlessly completely de-risk Calidus as a viable gold-producer - and even more so with the already-considerable financial backing by a big-mining player, such as Alkane.

As for Togo, perhaps the financial outlay for the equipment for processing and testing the bulk-sample by the client could be construed as insignificant to its overall capex budget: in other words, if the licence never materialises, the client will be easily able to write off that pilot as failed.

How much longer - excluding the previous five-plus years - for all the Togo ministers to meet in one room in order to grant us our elusive - and illusive - licence? And, in the meantime, how is that other licences have been granted - surely they would have required that same qualifying quorum?
