DGR, About this time last year, SML released two results RNSes: interims, on 28/09/18, and Q3 trading update, on 09/10/18.

Go to the RNS Announcements, in the the Investors section, on SML's website; for some reason, LSE omits the former.

Last year's Q3 trading update was released at 11.22 AM, on October 9th.

Oily, A good shout for charging HL for that RNS; I have been harassing HL on their lack of diligence and erroneous information that they have sent to KRS's shareholders - very few of their responses have satisfied me.

There you go, folks, a clarification RNS from Keras - now, I wonder who kept mailing Dave and Russell on the erroneous information supplied by one of this board's recently much-discussed brokers?

'When will I receive my new Calidus Resources Ltd shares?
If the Demerger is approved it is expected to become effective on 26 November 2019 with the resulting Calidus Resources Ltd shares due to be transferred on the 29 November 2019. The Calidus Resources Ltd Shares will be admitted to trading on the Australian Stock Exchange and thus unable to be traded and settled in CREST (The UK Settlement System).
This means that we will have to make alternative arrangements to be able to trade them on our platform. As a result, Hargreaves Lansdown will automatically transfer your Calidus Resources Ltd shares to our global custodian HSBC, so that we are still able to offer you a facility to hold and sell the shares following the Demerger.
Are there any additional charges for holding the stock through HSBC?
There are no additional charges for transferring to or holding the stock through HSBC but there will be a transaction charge of £15.00 applied by HSBC to settle any transactions, which will be reflected on any contract notes.
When will I be able to trade my shares on the Australian Stock Market?
You will be able to trade your shares on the Australian Stock Market once they have been successfully transferred into our HSBC Account. This process will begin on 29 November 2019 and may take a number of weeks to complete, although we will work to ensure the transfer is concluded as quickly as possible. '
