RE: First Quarterly Payment for Redmoor8 Oct 2019 14:30
DV, Imagine that q3 trading update will have been released before the end of this week - along with another one that states JP’s bought as big a tranche as PW’s most-recent open-market one.
It is expected that the combined value of your Keras Resources plc and Calidus Resources Ltd shares immediately following the Demerger will be broadly the same as the value of your Keras Resources plc shares immediately before the Demerger. Please note that the existing cost price of your Keras Resources plc Shares will be split between the two holdings following the Demerger based on their respective values at the time.‘
Which is untrue : as Dave wrote to me - and as the majority here know - CAI shares will be giving us additional value to our Keras ones.
Sent Dave an e-mail on HL’s misinformation - yet again - for him to inform our NOMAD to perhaps educate HL in verifying their comms before sending them.
And that’s not the only error; the following statement is utter tosh:
‘It is expected that the combined value of your Keras Resources plc and Calidus Resources Ltd shares immediately following the Demerger will be broadly the same as the value of your Keras Resources plc shares immediately before the Demerger. Please note that the existing cost price of your Keras Resources plc Shares will be split between the two holdings following the Demerger based on their respective values at the time.‘
Utter lack of professionalism and a disrespect for diligence on behalf of its investors, many of whom would partly use HL’s comms on such matters as information for judging the suitability of their investments - and to think that they employ many degree-educated peeps who should know better to fully research the facts before posting anything.
Just received an e-mail from Dave stating that HL’s interpretation of the distribution is a complete falsehood - and is unsure why they would publish such nonsense (my opinion: HL’s e-mail is symptomatic of its greater malaise in its wider lack of research - and shirking of details); Keras’s NOMAD will be contacting HL on Monday, to clarify the situation - expect to receive an apologetic e-mail with the correct information.
So, for clarity, would it be only the cost of acquiring KRS shares that would be split across KRS and CAÍ while they individually retain whatever their separate market-values would be?
