i was curious about that too so had a look into it. delisting doesn't automatically remove your obligation to make filings, it turns out you have to separately fill out paperwork with many canadian states to remove that obligation.

A Strategic Review was announced by the company on 7th October 2022. At the time, and ever since, I have stood by my position that no such process was or is taking place and it was merely a ruse to make investors think that something was going on when it wasn't.

I can't paint it any clearer than that, if you don't understand then please do seek help as your autism is off the scale.

In the meantime, if you could pop a link to an RNS or media article/video where the company confirms in recent times that the Review is ongoing and open-ended then I would be most grateful. After all, by your reckoning, there are countless such examples for you to choose from. I only want one.
