Agree. And, JV looks like the most likely outcome benefiting both parties concerned as well all the shareholders.

If UMMC are really keen then only a JV should be entertained by POG. UMMC gets 49% whilst POG holds control. UMMC can also get to use POG'S processing facility. Wipe out the debt as far as possible. In due time ,export licence is received and sales begin.

What was the reason GPB gave the waiver in the first place?

If POG are able to export the gold, please explain under what commercial reason GPB would revoke the licence?

Do guys here seriously believe that POG will actually agree to be taken over at 1.5p? They can easily allow a company in a non- sanctioned country to take them over for 10× the current market value. Who is to say that they are not talking to Chinese companies

I feel that its far more important that EU UK US and Russia thrash out peace. This war is affecting millions of poor people around the world.

The bigger threat is China as far as I can see.

The way I see it - I don't like one bit what Putin has done BUT what America was trying to do was to attempt to sow the seeds to democratise Russia via the back door which Ukraine agreed to in return probably for billions pumped into that country - all now at the expense of suffering by millions of her own people which America does not seem to care. Instead they want to supply more arms $40 B worth to Ukraine. Us in Europe, we are the humble servants at the service of our masters in the US. US, UK and other EU countries could instead have had regular dialogue with Russia and capitalised on situation following Putin's visit to the UK when he appeared very geared towards reforms.

LC seems to be a very disconnect person with his shareholders.

I used to write quite frequently to Salazar when he was CEO at Orosur Mining and still write to him - he is leading Highfield Resources now and he always replied without sharing any confidential information.

People at the top either have this trait or don't.

It's a shame LC does not wish to reply.
