It is clear from the above that Tim can only say so much so as to not undermine IMM's bargaining position or jeopardise a potential partnership deal.

With regards to my question on the Ketan Patel's remit, a further response from Lisa:

"I will of course pass your views onto Tim"

I am not sure how much detail Tim will go into in the next interview in explaining Ketan's involvement i.e. does he evaluate all the offers from potential partners in addition to valuing IMM's off balance sheet value in the P140 and any other assets.

As Tim is going to do further interview(s), I have just now written to Lisa if Tim could explain the role of Keyan Patel, i.e. has he been brought in to just value IMM or, in addition, also look at the offers thrown in by potential big pharma companies. Lets wait for the response.

I try to choose stocks which I believe would disrupt the market completely. I have done that with only 3 American ones namely

Its not about divulging info, its all about P140 and one's belief in it and whether one feels if the management is honest when they talk about the delay. I am willing to sit with this co and its my choice

I would agree - looks very much planned mischief from certain group.

I have been in touch with the company directly with my questions so will keep adding here and ignore any RUMOURS being spread here

I have had a response to a couple of points from Lisa and she said " Tim will be doing INTERVIEWS this week" so more than one interview.

I will copy her response here but I have gone back to her to check if she is happy with this. Waiting for her confirmation but she normally replies very quickly.

One additional reason for the delay I think is its taking longer for the data to be analysed as and when received frim the lab is may be due to a potential third party also carrying out its due diligence on the data before we hear of a strategic investment more or less at the same time the share consolidation happens. The effect two fold, firstly the share price ups to £1 on consolidation and then we have the effect of boosting that share price from the strategic investment. All a theory, I know, but its one possible outcome

And, by the way, they had only started engaging with the potential partners a MERE 4 WEEKS AGO.

Imagine, a team of 3 or 4 having to deal with lets say 10 potential partners. We only have approximately 20 working days to the end of the year and for this reason the Board has realised and is acknowledging this fact in today's RNS.

The message could not be any clearer. The Board must be spending a significant amount of time in conducting each meeting with a potential partner. This is so because, as the RNS states, its not just commercial aspects but also the technical and scientific aspects etc that are being discussed. IMM is a very small team and one can imagine how long it must be taking to respond time and again to a flurry of questions. You then multiply this time ×10 if they are simultaneously talking to 10 potential partners. It is therefore unsurprising that we see today's announcement.

"THE BOARD NOW EXPECTS THE COMPLETION OF ANY PARTNERSHIP DEAL TO EXTEND....."

The Board is confident of its stated goal of completing a deal.

I cannot for a minute understand why those who talk so negative about this company don't walk away and put their money in premium bonds or 30 year govt gilts unless, of course, they are not invested, but have ample free time.

Before today's announcement I had written to and spoken with Lisa. If anyone has any burning questions, just pick up the phone and speak with her.

I have full faith in the Board and company's assets.
