Avion and ImmuPharma entered into an Agreement in 2019 to CO- DEVELOP LupuzorTM under which Avion had the the rights to commercialise LupuzorTM in the US.

What you will find is that to exploit other indications, new terms will have to be entered into under a new Agreement which will run separately from the old 2019 Agreement. Just as 2019 was a joint effort to co- develop together, the new one has also got to be on a joint basis. Avion can't simply "leave IMM out of the picture" as you put it otherwise IMM could simply adopt a kind of poison pill tactic and just launch the remaining indications in Europe and the rest of the world and the patients from the US simply travel to Europe for the treatment.

Precisely. If Avion were interested in deal Agreement on P140 (excluding Lupus ) it will have to be completely on different terms to the old Lupus. But the question then arises is can they really afford the new terms even if for argument sake we assume they have the US exclusivity. If they can't afford the new terms then what happens - do both parties agree to a big pharma in the US enter the 3 party deal?

Just thoughts but let there be no doubt a deal or deals are coming and soon.

It is very likely, if we have top grade asset, RP is looking at initial strategic investment from Dubai based funds where he has a lot of contacts from his early days when trading gold bullion. That investment will secure funds necessary to carry out further works. We are then also into institutional investors piling in. All this has a multiplier effect on the already high share price from share consolidation. Then, when the share price has reached a certain high, RP can discuss the JV with shareholders benefit in mind , including RP who has huge vested interest.
