In my opinion, assuming JV and we are not bought out:

1 m ounces find will take the share price to £1.50
3m ounces - £5
5m ounce - £7

One must do research and look at the grades from the drills. Two majors falling over a tiny junior says it all based on evidence.

Purchaser (s) chosen, initial big meeting done with DLA and instructions sent to them, I guess DS will now be dealing with regular correspondence with DLA who will naturally have a few from their team working on this given the size.

EUA will have an an internal 'DEAL TEAM' headed presumably by DS and other members comprising from internal legal team, Finance, Tax etc as their input is usually required too in getting the documentation correct. The deal team would meeting every single day to discuss the progress and sometimes DLA can also dial in to clarify issues.

I see the appointment of DLA already taken place well before the Board restructuring and so expect news sooner rather than later.

Prediction from me. £3 per share

If I may say don't forget OMI. Newmont involved in farm in agreement. Only 160m issued SC. Mkt cap £10m. Huge resource potential. Current SP only 6p.( Compare with Caledonia Mining - Issued SC 12m, SP 5p in 2017, SP 1300p in 2020, only 600k proven gold resource)

I raised a point earlier - because of the sheer size of his holding, is there anywhere in the Code that suggests that such high holding could give rise to conflict of interest when putting any deal to the shareholders and for that reason DS has now moved aside? It seems to me that this move might enable the company to show that the offer price which may be put to shareholders is not influenced by the size of DS's holding. Is this a non - point?
