I sympathise with your situation and myself and others have always posted our frustration why this therapeutic is not out there saving lives it is a scandal ! I have written to my MP ,no response ,and the MHRA no response .Not only written but pleading telling them it is safe and basically a repurposed drug from the treatment of MS and of course our own data reflect this .The regulatory authorities must take responsibility its their job to fast track potential treatments in a pandemic why this has never happened I do not know Just hope some kind of emergency approval comes out of the blue soon !

Somewhat concerning after the spectacular results of the other candidates but time will tell and it might catch up with them The main concerns about all the vaccines is whether the antibodies are protective or not ,Nobody has ever mentioned whether beta interferon deficiency may impact on vaccination. Having a robust humoral /cellular may not protect these participants

The interim analysis is based on the first 95 cases of covid-19 detected. Ninety of those people – including 15 who had severe cases – were among those given the placebo and just five – none with severe symptoms – were among those given the vaccine.
The company says the 95 people who got covid-19 included people aged 65 or over, and 20 people “identifying as being from diverse communities (including 12 Hispanic or LatinX, 4 Black or African Americans, 3 Asian Americans and 1 multiracial)”.
