RMC... You were probably also in Aquarius Platinum. This was even more successful that Sylvania I think. The common factor was Ed Nealon the founder of both. Ed is the reason I originally invested in BZT, if you remember the platinum mine in Colombia , El Choco was his baby and we all had great hopes for this venture. ( I even played golf with Ed in the Philipines around this time) Sadly this project failed to take off and ED resigned but I decided to hang on. The painful era of Lawrence followed until CB came to rescue us, or so we thought. However CB then presided over an equally painful decline of the SPs in most of his companies especially BZT and it is only by furious averaging down that I have managed to stay afloat. CB was right about copper though , we have to give him that. The advantage new investors in BZT have is that they can jump in at a severely bombed out price. And they should not have to wait long for it to take off..
Anyway the market scepticism as you point out is well founded and is now holding us back, as a company with a less chequered history would now be flying given its prospects. I had thought that a strong copper price and our approved licences should be enough to launch this share but now I think we may have to wait until the first truck load of concentrate is sold. Then the scales will be lifted. I do however think this moment should not be far way and BZT will suddenly become very popular. Just like the two platinum beauties of the 90's
