Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
Since we are developing a close relationship with Caerus it might be useful to draw up a quick comparison.
Caerus run by 62 yr old Martyn Churchouse a Geologist has 4 major projects of which the key is Troulli . It plans to extract value by by hard rock mining J/V with BZT f and a J/V with Jubiee to recover metal bearing ore from the remnants left when these projects were mined 40 years ago. MCAP £11 m shares in issue 60m.
BZT run by 78 yr old Colin Bird mining engineer owns five licences and has the J/V with Caerus .
Apart from the hard rock mining in Cyprus with Caerus it has IDM Mankayan 27% projected , Hope Gorob to commence mining in 2023 and various other interests a little further down the pipeline . MCAP £8m .shares in issue 5 billion. The main reason for such a low valuation is lack of sticky holders IMHO , relatively infrequent newsflow and previous mismanagement history > However nowadays we should at the very least be on a par with Caerus . Not suggesting valuations need to be reasonable as they rarely are on AIM but our current valuation does not stack up on any analysis. Maybe we should put Martyn in charge of BZT communications for starters.
I might consider reinvesting in this company. I sold out at 9p a year or so ago having lost 90% of my investment. Seems like i could have hung on a bit longer and lost 95%. I have been in business many years and I know it is either the salesman or the product. With Lead Zinc etc reaching highs it must be the salesman!

Price is quoted in lbs . Multiply by 2200 for tonnes...
Dibs It is not entirely fair to conclude that BZT is strapped for cash. CB made it clear at the recent AGMs that his policy is where possible to pay fees and expenses in shares. They recently raised over a milion so they could have paid in cash. This policy helps to motivate suppliers consultants employees etc and conserves cash reserves. This applies across the various companies not just BZT.
At the AGM Colin said that he thought Newcrest might be more likely suitors for the Bushranger project . They are more entrepreneurial than Anglo and have extensive interests nearby. But he also mentioned that our boys go cycling at the weekend with the AA chief . So AA are well versed in our progress but the conversation doesn't stretch much beyond " I see you are getting some good grades ". So cards held close to the chest by AA.
I have to say I find the two listings confusing. Since the whole company is only valued at the price of a detached house in Highgate. Seems a bit unnecessary. Do we pay for two listings? In any event I have added another 500k . No idea where that will show. But too cheap to resist at this price. February should be the news month here . Omicron and pandemic on the way out copper price safely in comfort zone .
Not real are we Kwaduko./ I own nearly 30 million BZT. I attended the AGM and sat next to another investor who owns 80M. Both of us post on this BB. Yes it was me that spoke to CB when he was in Botswana. They have mobiles that work in Botswana and BZT has interests in Botswana. I am bored rigid with your constant boasting and negative comments about BZT and pseudo conspiracy crXX. God only knows what you mean by alluding to the identity of these rampers. If you mean me. Prickly, well all those who bothered to join BAG know who I am . You are the one nobody knows, who posts anonymously and rubbishes this company at every opportunity. I doubt if you own any shares otherwise why would you be so negative .
I admire your optimism and loyalty Laverda. I hope you are right but what I know of dictators is their only concern is to feather their own and stay alive. If aligning to a bunch of thugs keeps them afloat they will do so. I am hoping we can somehow come out of this security maelstrom with our business intact. There is time to settle down as you have pointed out but safe jurisdictions is where the western cash will run to. Stiil there's a lot of cash in China .
KOD is rising high in my list of worst performing shares. Only BZT and Alphawave to overtake now. This will either rise high and fast or disappear into sinister Wagner ownership as price for keeping dictators in power.
I do admire the stoicism of some holders here. Like the band on the fateful ship, furiously fiddling away as the vessel lurches further and further.
I appreciate many in this sector have suffered lately but the slide in the SP over the last month has been relentless and very painful .
Am I right in assuming this must be largely due to concerns about the security situation.
Yes Kwadoku
You are correct we did speak to CB once when he was in Botswana. What is strange about that? They have mobiles that work in Botswana. Why do you drag this up as if it was evidence of something sinister? Give me a break!
I have given up arguing with you about what the SP was at any given time as you do not seem to believe the charts on the LSE site.
CB appointed exec chairman in aug 2016 SP xtr 1.25 Sp now 4.50
Appointed exec chairman BZT apri 2018 SP .36 The price CB subscribed at Now .14
Appointed chairman jubilee aug 2010 in dec 2016 SP 3.15 now 16.8
Why post nonsense that can be easily refuted by checking the website ad historical charts. It is tiresome and presumably done to damage the interests of LTHs on this site.
Thanks Joe.. The benefit to BZT is that we get a processing plant built on our doorstep to deal with the hard rock that BZT will eventually be mining. After exploration BZT gets the lions share of the new mined material and this should be within 24 months as presumably the licences are already in place and we roughly know where the good grades are. Waiting on assays for Troulli though....
The prospects for Kod seem to be brilliant in every respect bar the security situation . If the government is going to rely on Russian thugs (Wagner group) then this could get tricky as they are known for exacting their pound of flesh and we may be vulnerable to appropriation. I hope I am wrong and would like to hear from the BOD an update on the security arrangements especially after Yanfolina shut down. It may all be priced in and I am worrying unnecessarily
