Someone is offloading shares at around 50 m a week . He or she clearly does not believe in CB's plans for BZT and is depressing what appetite there is here.

CB with prodding from Charles Archer has laid out the steps to be taken to achieve a working mine next year. But CB says he cannot release any forward looking plans without falling foul of the nomad. I hope BOD can make some official RNS's soon detailing the progress he has made. Kamino's warrants will need some good news before end Jan.

i do not agree with all the carping on this board. i am a long time holder who has lost a packet on bzt but we have finally got ourselves a nice little business and there is nothing holding us back. cb is not concerned about the signing off of the environmentally and the social impact assessment. . everything that was necessary was complied with including community meetings and it just a matter of time till this is signed off. it was applied for months ago and may not arrive for months yet. he also assured us that everything else including finance, power sourcing etc is on track . the trigger was the ml and all else flows from this. so quit your ******** and sit back and let cb and his team deliver a profitable project ,

If I were a potential new investor I would be turned off by these spats . I wonder if you could take your arguments onto a telegram discussion board as it is not really about BZT.

Personally I have been a consistent buyer lately and I also notice the spread is getting a lot tighter which is good news. There are many who no longer trust CB and I understand why, But he has delivered the mining license here and there is every chance we shall soon be producing. If you dont believe him then that's OK but pls don't hang around here hurling insults at those who want BZT to succeed.

I think the podcast is worth listening to. CB describes the BZT position currently under some probing from Charles Archer.

I received the below update from Geoff Gilmore about Mankayan. All is progressing reasonably .Hoping a big brother will soon materialise.

Sorry for the late reply, Mankayan Cooper/Gold project in the Philippines has had its issues but we have slowly worked through them:

• A new MPSA issued for 25 years (mining licence)

• We have drilled two diamond holes so the technical team can do a gap analysis

• We have completed the NCIP process & been given approval ( this is your social licence to operate) this took 12 months

• We will sign a MPSA agreement with the locals

• We are having the first of our ASSAY results coming back with improved grade.

So, the project is improving & we are putting in place all the items that need to be done before a big brother comes in (Monetize)

In a world that is short of copper projects & gold now being used as a proper hedge against Idiot politicians, We believe the Mankayan asset will gain attraction, but it all takes time & we must tick all the boxes correctly to connect with the right party

These forecasts by Charles Archer almost fall into the too good to be true category . That said we have the license and contractors lined up so the "pathway to production", he described in his recent sunday roast podcast. is clear. I wonder when the SP will reflect the prospect of an open pit producing net revenue of $32m a year. We will have to share this and there will be taxes but .....

Looking back at RNS's at the time there was a lot of speculation about Mankayan and folks got a little overexcited. We still own over 20% of this project and are hopeful that the recent surge in gold will encourage some serious buying. Our share is probably worth at least $10m

Aimfor life. Yes we have had several updates recently and the ones we need now will be confirming the signing off on the contracts with our key suppliers at H & G.

I think current spate of criticism of the Board is uncalled for.

We discussed the newsflow at the meeting yesterday and we have news of renewed drilling and other positive developments today. I am not suggesting todays RNS was down to yesterdays discussion as I am sure it was already scheduled. But it does show intent to keep investors informed . The best way to discourage new investors is to hint there is some issue which is holding us back . There isn't .....Now the ML has arrived we have a clear route to production at H & G so lets try to stay positive . CB said BZT have people in the area arranging and implementing the contracts. Mike Allardyce and Martyn Churchouse were mentioned. Give them a week or two to finalize things FFS.

I asked him what the delay was about and he said it had been granted and this was merely a formality from some commission. I am not sure exactly which commission but he did not seem bothered. Everything is still on track for production next year. I asked if he could lay this out in an RNS but he said the neither the board nor the contractors wanted all the details in the public domain. The solar power deal is set to last the for the life of the mine.

He said that what BZT shareholders should be hoping for was a transformational bid from a major for the 16km strike and this would dwarf any income or raised SP we would derive from setting up the open pit operation at HG. He said he was convinced that the majors would come running soon . The supply crunch would be with us before long. He also said a sustained copper price of $10,000 has a galavanising on the appetite of majors and Chinese alike.

Might go to GLR AGM tomorrow and will sneak in a question about BZT. My concern is newsflow and it applies to most of CB's companies

Yes Irish i bought 3 million today as part of my post licence attempt to ride the share back up to something less of a micro venture.

As far as I can see every transaction today is a buy. Although all of them bar two tiddlers are marked as sells. I understand it is to do with the price marked etc but it is misleading . I am slowly increasing my holding but seeing my purchases consistently shown as sells is irritating. There is something disquieting about a sea of red ! Bad for the morale of we few remaining stalwarts who want to be seen as supporting the company not selling it down the river

The 16.26 sell was my buy . Had planned to buy 5m but did not have enough in the account.

I think CB is a bit twitchy about making any premature announcements but he has assured us he will keep up the newsflow and there should be plenty to tell us. I have just bought a few million as someone has unloaded a few today and the price dipped below .035 which is my new floor price ,Hopefully..

The MCap is not directly affected by the number of shares in issue. I know you know this but it is not how your post reads. The value of our individual shareholdings is of course affected as and when the shareholdings are diluted by mass raisings as is the case here. Anyway lets hope the figures "postulated" in the RNS of 9th Feb are borne out. As Charles Archer says , now that the precious ML has been granted there is now a clear pathway to a highly profitable operating open pit mining operation.

"the MRE is equivalent to 190,000t of contained copper. AMS have identified significant potential for open pit extraction of 2.4Mt and the prospects for increasing the size of the open pit resource for a further 700Kt to 1 Mt thus postulating an initial open pit with 5 years mine life at an annual rate of 500Kt per year." This should produce gross annual revenue up to $60m at $9,000 per ton. Charles Archer was allowing BZT $20m after extraction costs and a set up of $15m. Then sharing with contractors. Whichever way you slice it it is a lot of cash for a small MCAP like BZT .

Willy I think you get the 20 million as a profit estimate . Based on your figures 20 million would be the 40 % margin after costs approx. This we would have share with our contractor of course but we would still end up with a tidy sum of $10m plus. Not bad for a company with our MCAP

I sent a congratulatory text to CB and he replied pointing out that the regulator is getting tough and reprimanding CEOs for forward looking statement but nonetheless it is his intention to increase the newsflow as all the contractors that have been lined up are signed off and start implementing the agreed plans. His intent is to relay these events to us via regular RNS,s. He also suggested that my lengthy 2 year timetable was rather pessimistic but could not be drawn on specifics , So everything seems to be a lot more optimistic than it did yesterday.

N 27 October, 2023 the company reported an updated JORC-2012 compliant Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) completed by Addison Mining Services (AMS) of 15 Mt @ 1.2% Cu and a projected average grade of 0.4 g/t Au amenable to a Phase 1 open-pit operation and Phase 2 underground mine. The MRE includes 1.24 Mt @ 1.6% Cu and 0.4 g/t Au (Indicated) and 14 Mt @ 1.2% Cu (Inferred) across Hope, Gorob Vendome and Anomaly deposits within which lies 3 Mt @ 1.7% Cu and 0.4g/t Au at the Hope project alone (gross*).

· AMS estimates 2.4Mt of ore as potentially amenable to an initial, low-cost, open-pit mine

This was back earlier in the year and since then CB has assured us he has everything lined up ready to go. All he needed was the signature on the license and we have got this so expect a smooth run up to 8000 tons a year within 2 years.
