My instruction from HL has the following statements...

"Quadrise (QED) have decided not to issue a Prospectus as part of the fundraising. This means that the Retail Offer has been limited to the Sterling equivalent of €8 million and may only be open for a number of hours. It also means that information relating to the fundraising is limited to the Company announcement."

..A big cost saving IMO

" Hargreaves Lansdown will receive 0.6% commission from the Issuer as part of the Offer."

0.6% is a lot less than 4%.

" Applications are due to close at 3:30pm on Thursday 30 January. Due to the nature of the fundraising, applications can close at any time and without prior warning."

Don't hang about in other words!

The last fundraise cost £250,000 in admin fees. you can fully understand why, if cheaper means are available, they will be used to the same effect!

Maybe a strongly worded question for the Investor Meet call on Monday. At least its fairly assured the company will respond.
