All we really have to go on is history..

September 2015. We were advised of the signing of the Tripartite agreement (QFI/Maersk/Cepsa) for the supply of fuel for LONO on our same vessel. Work would commence to "install and comission an MMU and ancillary equipment at CEPSA's San Roque refinery"

July 2016 . We were advised of the production of the first batch of MSAR at CEPSA's refinery for loading onto the trial vessel.

So around 10 months! ..It *might* be somewhatquicker this time, with experience (let's hope!) but if anyone suggests it'll be done in a matter of days, they are deluded and have had too much ramping powder on their pizza!
