If Mike could just give is a teensy clue where this excitement is I would be most grateful as it doesn't seem to have a public presence as yet!
Hi David
Check your email.
Excellent result ..and undoubtedly what clients should have been looking for before putting pen to paper.
"I've had it with these mother******* snakes on this mother******* plane!"
Samuel L Jackson.
Yup!
A strong CC by Mike who was solo for this one. He even had to bat off an angry call from a concerned (and later confirmed shorter) the shouty caller was voice shaking like an actor scared of fluffing his lines. I havent met a machine that can think yet!
I wonder where his 'colleagues' have been since?
I am looking forward to Lionel's questions regarding MSAR salesmen during the CC today.... And particularly the company's responses.
The big question is would this MOA have been entered into if funding was going to be an issue? I don't think it would.
A great post over on the Forum by LH1....
"WHERE ARE WE NOW, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, WHAT DO WE KNOW?

It's too big to post on here.
Totally amazing that a supposed long term investor in QFI doesn't even understand the potential game changing environmental benefits that MSAR can bring to the table.
Totally amazing ....NOT!
100% incorrect Peter G, as usual.
Some very cheap residues will be coming on stream no doubt.
Best see Burbles latest misings of what that could potentially mean to an EPS figure!
This explains it much better than I can... http://bit.ly/2FNrkx2
They must be getting scared, the message must've gone round the whatsapp group to try and destabilise the sentiment. first Frazer and Godfrey, now Corpral Jones has piped up! :D
An excellent explanation of todays RNS from the iii artist formerly known as TheHog2 over on the shareholders forum ( http://bit.ly/31U6mpQ )
"I'm afraid I don't have time to read all the comments here (I have had nearly 50 private messages which probably said the same things) , but my quick glance here shows that JPM has things about right:
"I view this news as a huge positive, it’s all about the future and ensuring staff and board are rewarded. There would be no point to this RNS unless the board knew the company had a future and the fact they’re doing it now is highly significant. "
This is correct in many ways, options vesting at 25% now and 25%pa over the next three years is about reward and retention during this critical period. They can't be sold unless, exercised, and paid for, with the associated CGT liability. And most importantly the non vested portions can be withdrawn on poor performance. Also most importantly they will be worthless if the company fails.
They have long exercise periods exactly because the most likely time to exercise them would be on the sale of the company. Non execs have 8 years, as they would all loose their positions on takeover. The execs have 10 years as they usually end up staying on inside a new company for a while.
I would have preferred us to know the performance targets to be met, but really I think we can guess. But I do know that no remuneration committee would dare to issue these options without the approval of the major holders. They have put in the bulk of £50+ millions between them over the years and have far more to loose than us, and they are bound to have inside knowledge. So if they are relaxed, then hopefully, so can we be.
I have a suspicion about the 7.5p price that I would like to share. These agreements tend to take months to agree and I have a strong suspicion that they were inked in when the sp was far lower. The catch 22 is of course had they been agreed now at say 21p by the time they finally got to RNS the sp might have been 60p so they would seem cheap at any point . Of course, as I wrote above, if they cock the job up they won't be worth anything so there is a big incentive to achieve.
So do I expect a hot RNS tomorrow? I have no idea. What I do know is if the company is failing there would have been no point in the whole exercise.
I, for one, won't be laying in bed worried about their options tonight. "
Yes, poor Lionel, I must admit, he was SO viciously attacked (which I might remind, was by suggesting that selling MSAR isn't at all like selling double glazing!) I'm surprised I'm not on an assault charge by now! ..Snowflaking is a classic sealioning tactic by the way. But still, he's been invested in here since 2014,no, 2013, no 2014.. Yeah right.
It's like watching episodes of 'Dads Army' on here sometimes, we just cant occasionally resist tuning in to watch for the same old 'we're doomed' lines! It's the same old cast that pop up too, they were here in December if you remember, helpfully warning us not to invest in the Open offer (up nearly 200% now BTW!)
So, what happened this week with the SP then? A common theme on the forum is that the MM's received a sizeable buy limit order and they needed stock, so they pushed the price down to trigger some stop losses, this started some panic selling and more stop losses which freed stock. By Monday afternoon, the Dad's Army cast were out in full force! Then, surprise, surprise, a £43k order appears on Tuesday morningand the price starts recovering ..Funny that! Just guess that's accepted practice to be wary of!
Sorry Snowflakes, REAL QFI investors are a seasoned lot, we fully get the product and it's game changing potential and that game is now certainly afoot!
So, who do you think you are kidding Mr Fancy/Brookemia/etc.etc?
No Dig at you intended there Nimrod but I await the "where are they going to get all the water" posts ;-)
Yes, QFI have said all along that waste water from the refinery process can also be used, Crude oil can contain up to 1% water, any more and there's a risk of excessive corrosion in the refining process. So, roughly, if the percentage of residue left at the end of the process is over 3% of the crude, additional water would be required for MSAR manufacture!
Rabigh 3 Desalination plant in KSA will be able to produce over 131 Million gallons per day of desalinated water. 20k for a MMU or three is literally a drop in the ocean. Theres money saved by burning MSAR to power it too!

Another Troll concern quashed!
There might be enough leaks to wash the pinnipeds away!
Keep it up Petergar! LoL
