I must say I do struggle to see how they can raise much money from an RI with the share price so low and knowing the dillution that's needed.

Well they approached 100 investors apparently. If they all chipped in that's only 450k each. Much easier than 1 finding 45m! It's not over yet

The 45m underwrites the RI sonic everyone doesn't take up thier options then it covers the shortfall... I think!

They said the amount of applicants was significant but due to lending criteria, the amount of approvals was very low

They have never explicitly stated before we had full return to lending, only that it was agreed for a pilot.
That's massive good news!

Still have 6 weeks for a return to lending. Then you would think investors will be keener?
Today's announcement just says its ongoing that's all shame not been sorted yet but still time

The trail was to 13th December. Fca need to agree relendibg by end if Feb so guess will be reviewing now and advise by then

Innit! Good or bad (will be good as they'll announce conclusion to investigation and full lending) at least the wait will finally be over

They still have £81m of loans on the books. And will be set to grow exponentially with the ready market that exists now!

I think a takeover could well be on the cards at some point. Ince all amigos issues are sorted n3xt year what a great proposition this company will be. The potential market is huge. This firm could be 5 times bigger than it was before

Vinson still owns his shares in amigo as not seen a notice saying he's dropped under 3%

I think it's safe to say that in the last couple of years which amigo have not been trading, the market for thier type of products must have exploded!!

The share price should bounce back significantly after the RI and of you take up your rights at what will hopefully be a good discount then in the round it won't be as painful as what's on paper but still ..ouch

There will be a big spike in the sp come February once the fca have concluded thier investigation and full relending is approved.
If you want to take part in the ri buy in before then or if you want to get out maybe sell up at that point!
The pain has already been felt for many existing share holders. I bought a load in at 24p and now to think I'll have my 4p worth shares diluted 19 tines over is obscene!!! But sadly that's the gamble we take... and anything you've bought at the ri will be worth a sh*t load more in a couple of years time!
