Agreed. If thier going to turnover a lot less than envisaged over the next year then cut staff, move offices, cut over heads and perhaps the 45m they day they need can be reduced dramatically.
Then look to recapitalis and expand when the market improves

On the call today. I asked why, when amigo post RI seemed to have such a good business model, was the uptake from investors so low?.. apparently as its ll seems a lot harder to lend people the money now with the tighter rules

Agreed that next Wednesday is too soon for a vote and that hasn't been included in the agenda anyway. It's just another update next week.
I presume it will either confirm everything is in place and gear people up for a subsequent vote, or if there is a shortfall ask shareholders to make up the difference.
Presume vote will then be early April latest, leaving a month to organise the RI for the money to be in place and the 15m paid by 26th May?

It's just frustrating. As an example. This time last year the share price was around the same level, then fca announced they wouldn't appose the new scheme going to court and the share price jumped briefly to 10p!

Well hopefully they'll get that funding secured soon

So in the last week we've had the great news that there is no fca fine and we've just had the good news that we only need to find another 20m of the 45m to take the company forward......
And still the share price doesn't budge!

The worst is over. Goibg un the right direction now.
The meeting 8th of March will just be to maybe ask shareholders to top up if thier short at all in the 45m.
Even if no more money was found and they needed the 20m difference from what's announced today, hopefully we could do it!

15m needed for the scheme contribution.
The 19 to 1 dullution also has to happen regardless of how much ut raises, but ideally they want 45m out for it. 15m to cover scheme contribution and 30m for ongoing business

This is very good news.

Looks like the 15m is sorted and upto another 10m can be in place for going forward. So having to wind down now I think has been avoided.
If they've done a million in lending in the last month without any advertising then this looks very positive goibg forward

I'm breathing much easier today. Take up your rights well be laughing.... Well crying at the dilution then laughing at the rocket in value of the new shares!!!
