Seems so strange, why would anyone trade under a pounds worth of shares. Depending on thier platform, each trade could cost them around 10 pound to do!

The last rns at end of June said 'couple more months' so presume end of august/start September

Yes its a registered,accredited company which although now bankrupt, now has no liabilities, so why wouldn't someone buy it up?

Oh FFS! Ot was supposed to be done and dusted by the start of July. The sheme wrapped up and the rto,if it was going to happen,should be anounced. What are we bloody waiting for??!

Hopefully the fact they are stringing those out even further, will mean that something is going to happen?

Normally when a company is bought the shares go up? Amigo has no liabilities now that the scheme for repayments is completed

So its the end of may in a few days. I think that means we should have an announcement of the firm closing or not soon??

So scheme has concluded end of March.

Business will be closed by end if may if a new buyer isn't found.

Now the annual notice is out the way, it's now or never then!

Ah and to think, if amigo could have been left as a going concern they would have had I think it was 25p in the pound?!!

I agree it is a shame also, as it had seemed end of March was when they would announce they had found a buyer for an RTO. The wait continues

Looks like there's still a glimmer of hope for amigo as in todays RNS theyre on about raising more money, with scheme payment liability winding up soon

Knowing amigo, I'm sure it'll just say all doom and gloom as usual anyway!!
