I agree its still all speculative, but they have £1.5m secured funding. Noone commits that much cash unless they know they are getting a return

The last of the £1.5m is released next week and should come qith details of the RTO and new business information...which will hopefully give the .arkwt more assurance and let people jump on board

No specific reason for it to be any specific price, but id just have thought there would be more interest in it now, which would push the price up higher

Well I can understand the share price not suddenly shooting up as theres still a long way to go - rto, announcement of a new, clear business plan, then confirmation if a site is found, purchased, etc etc....

....but this is now a company with millions in the bank, and certainly now bot going bust....so I think the share price should be a bit higher now!

Today's news is literally just confirmation of what has already been notified and agreed.

No idea why the share peice would drop on this news! If anything you'd think it should go up as its actual confirmation what was planned has happened!!

Well theres twice as many shares now, and no details have yet been issued if how this will become viable mining business have been issued, but still , as its now got no liabilities and over £2m of secured funds, you would think it would be a few pence at least!

Yeah 7p needed for me sadly.... but the way this could go now... who knows?!

So will the new £1.5m investment which creates the new shares then mean the RTO has happened? Or will amigo still have to then find another investor again?

Feels to me like once it happens and the shares are reduced 100 fold in the new year, it will be anew company with a new name and share price with Craig running it thats it?
