Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
22nd April
Hoping my recently bought back shares get a further bump up
I saw a TV ad for PLT this evening. How long have they been advertising on TV? Allbeit a minor channel
I agree, there seems little that is currently known to us private investors which explains this dramatic collapse. Maybe something will crawl out of the woodwork in due course.
Lost a bundle here recently, but I am now glad I sold when I did. Is this why the CEO is worth his first year remuneration of £3.9m?
Thanks
Being only a simple sort, can someone explain to me this term an where the loss stems from?
Thanks
Well I suppose the only news is virus news
Thanks for that
My Boohoo ploy worked this morning on ASOS, Another nice 10% profit. It would be nice if everything was this easy!
I've jumped in. Is the water warm on this board?
Are we still expecting this on Thursday 23rd?
I made a killing on Boohoo by buying on the run up to their trading update, so I thought it was worth chancing my arm here too, and have bought today.
Jambon, I guess the show wouldn't have been seen by Boohoo's typical demographic. What do you think?
Anyway, it can't hurt me, I sold out in October at 240p (feeling a tad smug, I have to admit!)
It's beginning to look like the SP is drifting down again on low volumes, as you rightly pointed out. Maybe my sell at 240 was a good move. Let's see if I can pick the next trough to buy back in. (probably will miss it)
Well, I may well have got it wrong but sold my last 15k shares this afternoon at 240.27p. (£11.5k profit in 4 months) They'll probably go into orbit now!!! GOOD LUCK ALL. Hopefully will be back in before too long. PP
Normal volumes maybe but declining from the recent high levels, which makes me think the SP is now looking toppy. The Canadian Pension scheme may now be hovering, following their chums at RBC's recent rating. I am a long time holder, but often miss opportunities to work the cycles, and I suspect this could be a good opportunity to take control.
"Declining volumes in an uptrend tend to foreshadow a top."
Volumes seem down today. Time to sell, and come back on a drop? Any thoughts?
Saving steam for tomorrow
nice
Can we now be confident that there will be no sells this time?
