I just hope innova and their dodgy stats do not break public confidence in mass testing before we get our product out there. Genuinely a big fear of mine.

On the plus side, the infrastructure which has taken months to build, is here to stay, and is awaiting for avacta when we finally launch the product. That’s a huge positive often overlooked.

Once the product is frozen, everything is in place to capitalise.

As an aside, one thing I would love to know... honestly is what the hold up has been... clearly with third parties... if it is third party parts.... strips etc then tell us... if it is more than that, tell us.... a bit of transparency would go along way.

That said, all will be forgiven and this will open at 400p+ on a sniff of the LFT being adopted by govn. I think bams adds 200p ish. The rest depends on the numbers.

The cons:

Test is late
Comms is ****e
Vaccines (and irrational reaction to them)... the oxford vaccine is next up...the biggie
Innova got a sub par test out there and earns hundreds of million for what Alastair was not prepared to do (push risk down)

The pros:
LFT should be best in class (when it lands)
Bams likely to be successful and imminent
Testing is needed alongside vaccine (like it or not)
Govn wants a sovereign test
David Wilson has said we will supply Govn with the LFT
We are working on manufacturing in Asia (apparently!)
There is a lot of commercial interest out there
Demand will exceed supply for at least a year
Vaccination is a very long road. Govns have taken a year to get testing infrastructure in place.
