US loosing steam after fed rate rise/ stock futures down (quick profit taking no doubt). No doubt we'll get some flack from across the pond. Couple with our own likely rise later today. I'm not selling up to rebuy, not enough dough for that. This time next week may offer a bit more fizz . Interest rate cycle- interesting whilst supping Tizer in my polycarbonate conservatory. http://realforecasts.com/does-the-federal-reserve-really-create-the-boombust-cycle/
The house prices in Bognor will be comparable to the Ital' Riviera.
Looks like a thousand cuts until things improve -probably not for a few months. Yes, good to see RR recover a bit of ground. Those mini-nuclear reactors must be selling like hot...yellow cake(s). ------ Point of interest. Every share i've looked at is dropping including oilies. Is anything actually RISING ??????
My av 155. -- Price bouncing off lows. ftse up since ~11.25 we took another 1/2 hour to get going. Strange action again. When i thought it was time to swithch off- the sp went blue again up to .6%. Maybe someones buying the dips to a nice pension fund.
I couldn't see anything of the staff shortages at IAG (or indeed any airline) on the BBC news. Has the issue been 'digested by Mr. Market now? If so or if there are a few morsels to go, we should (!) see a return to the late 120's probably next week now.
Coburg- Battenburg cake being served and a Clairol Foot Bath if we get 126 today.
RE: Careful. Danger of the sp going positive here7 Jun 2022 17:50
Ha ha ha. Reminds me of the Father Ted episode where the trio spent time outside a cinema to protest over a racy (according to Bishop Brennan) film. One placard said, "Careful Now."
More treading water until recruitment disappears from the press. Give it another two weeks.
RE: Too many customers is not a bad problem to have6 Jun 2022 11:08
Great vol this morning. Good pressure. Now Mr. Market has more or less digested the (not surprising) recruiting/ HR news. we might even go back to the future to '30 land on a good tide. --- RR I note is up over 4% however Easy 0.16.
Would be nice to see some of that property money flow into air transport now the int rates are rising.
