Could we be about to see an increased JORC Resource for the Gold?

Seems like there is well over two years worth of fairly chunky drill data from several targets especially Clarke that are not mapped into the present MRE

This must be ripe for an upgrade?

Also updates on the JV and from what I can gather once we are increased to 75% not only should that hopefully be reflected in an increased SP a formal agreement is to be established with Andromeda that will see them contribute to all future exploration costs.

Not sure if they want to hold back on the increased JORC until the JV is finanalised, I think it may have been mentioned in one of the presentations, but as they are over a hour long, to save time watching back I thought I'd ask on here?

Any thoughts on timing of the increased JORC?

Looking to compress more of my portfolio towards PM & Commodity focused plays and this ticks several boxes so I'll be increasing my weighting here and will look to keep adding tranches ahead of the new tax year and the next round of updates, Saudi news can land anytime so looking to position some more ahead of the weekend.

Well worth watching the recent proactive & investor presentations (links posted on this bb previously) and quick you tube search will give you all the details of the debt funding arrangement

It is bank term debt as KEFI's contributions to the joint venture is the 70 million spent to date at TK with a very small equity element covered by the outstanding warrants. From memory I think the remaining equity element equates to just 9m max.

As stated though, the warrant holders will convert at the point of project completion providing the balance of KEFI's input and with an NPV of 12p /share, I wouldn't expect those warrant holders will be looking to sell their shares any time soon!!!

its completely different from the HZM deal as it is basically standard bank debt which will be repaid from the gold revenues, so once the funding deal completes I'd expect no overhang scenario here.

If anything, we probably have seen an overhang during the past few weeks as some placement holders may be selling in anticipation of freeing up cash to exercise their warrants as part of the deal closure.

Not all placing holders mind, as some will want to retain their full belly full of shares, but there will have been some that took part in the placing just to get the warrants and then free ride this for a multibag as the project finance closes.

KEFI have just recently completed a fund raise..

They are now waiting on the completion of a term debt finance package of circa $300m from two senior major banks which includes some mezzanine finance to fund the full development costs of Tulu Kapi Gold mine into full production

At that stage they will be producing 140,000oz Gold p.a.

With an NPV valuation of 12p per share.

Just taken a look at the latest financials

KRS Net assets are 5.7m.

How on earth is this 2m market cap????

This could do 200%+ just to reach book value.

Then if they agree a funding package with the Co owner- could get very interesting.

60 year LOM in a good jurisdiction ticks alot of boxes.

I'm very interested as this looks to have slipped well below break up value which is a strange situation to be in and could rise rapidly in the present market conditions.

I guess If a workable solution is found with the Co owner than 20m+ market cap would still be cheap.

As Troajan has posted, could be a PREM style turnaround situation here.

KROPZ haven't yet announced any sales as yet and have their asset in Africa and are loaded up heavily with numerous debt obligations.

KRS have - Diamond Creek Phosphate Mine ("Diamond Creek") - one of the highest grade organic phosphate mines in the US, a fully integrated mine to market asset (safe jurisdiction)

· Diamond Creek milling plant successfully commissioned in June 2021 producing a range of premium organic phosphate products

· Post commissioning, commercial production commenced at the end of June 2021

· The 2021 mining season was conducted smoothly throughout July to October - stockpiles of 3,000 tons of product are available for on demand sales and a further 5,200 tons of run-of-mine (ROM) ore is available for further processing

Looks way way oversold, the asset is there, the look to be seeking funding to go back into production, but the plant, equipment, asset and inventory stockpiles are probably worth many multiples of the present market cap?

Is this the biggest sleeper on AIM?

Just looking at this for the first time as I'm interested in the phosphate having seen kropz do more than a 100%+ rise on SP over the past week as the Ukraine situation is seeing fertiliser roofing it.

This looks very cheap and seemingly the market could be sleeping on this one.

Could one of the genuine holders here pull together a quick summary of the opportunity here should everything go to plan.

Cash only just starting to come into the sector so those in early look well set as we've yet to see the rotational cash from the tech / pharma / consumer goods / finance sectors etc who have seen huge draw downs and will be just starting to research into the commodity stocks to see where to allocate their cash as the money rolls over into this sector.

I'm here for the 3 Gold mine developments about to commence

Markets will ALWAYS be forward looking. However when it come to miners, I generally like to 'get in' at two defined inflection points.

Either A - new discovery / blue sky phase
Or B - transition to 'strategic investment phase'

I only invest in these types of miners if they sit on these key inflection points as described by 'the Lasonde Curve.'

KEFI is a classic case of a miner about to exit the 'orphan stage' & transition into 'institutional / strategic investment phase'

Transition into this phase generally opens up a 5-10 bagger return within the sector, but here at KEFI the potential returns are readily calculated to be significantly more as we have the bonus of not just one, but several developments coming on line at the same time.

This, combined with the potential for discovery extensions in Saudi and a rapidly rising commodity market just further enhances the investment case here.

TKGM is now recommencing refurbishment of the existing site camp to accommodate the initial construction workforce and have recently completed detailed design for the procurement and construction of: the security camp; a new all-weather access road; the permanent camp; water dam 1; plant and administrative buildings; Bir-Bir river pump station and pipeline; tailings storage facility - stage 1; process plant; bulk fuel and lubricant storage area; grade control drilling; on site metallurgical testing laboratory; explosive supply and storage; and the mining fleet service area.

This is happening.

Unsurprisingly as they are witnessing MASSIVE cash inflows at present.

A: The licence is in good standing until 2035. It was not about to expire and the Ministry now acknowledges that security has indeed prevented the launch to date and they have agreed with us that May-June is a reasonable launch date

For all the commodities fans on here while it's quiet.

If you want exposure to another multi commodity play that gives you exposure to Gold, Silver, Copper and Zinc and you are a genuine investor suggest taking a look at KEFI .

Presently trading at about half the market cap of CDL

It has proven JORC defined resources at many many multiples times the proven assets of what CDL appear to have at present (which CDL will hopefully go on to eventually acheive)

It's is trading at a huge discount to the NPV of 12p /share valuation of its TK gold mine once in production (presently less than 1p)

It's waiting on several pieces of major news, mainly 1) circa $300m of Bank funding for its Tulu kepi Gold mine. 2) Granting of full mining licence for its Saudi Arabian Gold and Copper developments.

For transparency, I hold some as part of my PF as it is offering incredible value from the present entry

So if youe looking for something with projects that are a little further advanced and about to go into production and which has 10- 20 x bagger potential - its worth taking a look Imv & dyor

Expecting an update soon on the Saudi Assets where we are not only looking to increase the resource size there further, we have been given an indication that we are not far from being granted the full mining licence which will transform the gold and copper in ground valuations for all shareholders here.

This is now one of only a couple of holdings in my Portfolio that I am actively adding too and accumulating at every opportunity especially given the present disconnect between the present SP and fair value nearer 12p / share NPV
