Then GCAT are due a MASSIVE re rate here From just 14m market cap it can easily double in a flash.

We all know we are just churning through the placing overhang, it'll be clear soon enough and then we'll be heading back towards 2p.

Always good to know there are buyers waiting much higher.

I prefer to load up some more sub 1 - 1.25p whilst we are in bargain territory

We already halve an II on board who have done their research.

I also bought the dip at UFO and ignored all the noise over there after their placing and saw it re rate back up 75% in a flash.

This has the potential to deliver alot more.

Confirmation of a new gold zone and ongoing progression since listing sees a re rate back to the year high ahich will see 115% gains from here.

There is then so much more that the company are going to deliver this year, the above will just be the start.

I'm buying down here and think we will see the VSA capital year end target of 4.2p get hit.

I don't think the placing was oversubscribed so that's probably where some of the other sells have come from the the element the brokers underwrite is just flipped onto the market alongside their fees.

Hasnt helped this happening at the same time as the Goldplat sale.

It is what it is, but I've taken some more as it's just far too cheap vs peers and will whipsaw back up just as quickly.

Anyone who has ever listened to Bill knows that his strategy is as a project generator, taking assets from 'drill ready prospect' adding value, proving up the asset, and then moving them onto the next phase which will be commercial development.

Each company asset is held in separate company structures so that a JV, part equity or full sale can complete adding shareholder value to the group.

I get the impression we are very close to a deal being done for the iron as this look primed for a deal to be done either via sale or more likely JV where we retain a % ownership and share in all the future profits from a full scale mining operation in conjunction with a mining JV partner.

I'm sure Bill is getting made some silly offers which tends to be the way in the junior space with any exploration company in a pre revenue phase.

It maybe that we have to accept a lower upfront cash payment, but I see huge value in a share of future off take sales that can be used towards funding all the other projects and possibly new acquisitions.

With not one, not two, but three Gold mines all about to come on stream & knowing so many are waiting to get on board at much higher prices.

Agree, we know Goldplat have sold a large chunk as they issued an RNS on their company to confirm that they had taken shares as payment for the final tranche payment for kilimapesa and have sold their shares to realise $450k cash for themselves.

That has undoubtedly been a short term drag on the SP and I won't be surprised to see a Tr1 from them confirming they have reduced further.

I've been adding a few more to take advantage of the dip.

I'm not new to the share, I've been tracking it for years as I do hundreds of juniors in this sector.

I'm getting in now as I have successfully done with a number of juniors over the years at what I believe is the optimum time to make significant retunrs.

Absolutely no concerns over funding at JQ it's all there and fully backed by one of the wealthiest and influencial families in the region.

TK finally looks like it's happening now and putting aside any personal feelings you have towards HAA it's not going to be down to him whether or not this happens in the timescales set out, it's got far more to do with the ministry of mines, the financiers and the contractors who are all now coming to the party, the fact the government has a 5% stake in the project and are pushing it forward is of far more importance

Take a look at the 'lasonde curve', this company is just about to exit the 'orphan phase' and big returns are up for grabs for those building a position here now imv.

PKF are genuinely a level or two up from the previous auditors.

If you check the voting form they are actually being re-appointed for the coming year having been in a little while.

The old auditor from the previous filing period has to notify they are leaving, its a regulatory requirement, just standard practice stuff.

PKF are a very high quality outfit. It's a definite positive

Yes, Companies House is a website where all limited companies & incorporated businesses registered in the UK whether private or public have to submit their documents noting any changes to the business, file their annual accounts and make public certain regulatory information.

If you Google 'companies house beta Caracal Gold' you'll find access to all the relevant filing documents on there.

I've read the directors report and the directors renumeration policy.

A copy can be found on company's house website, the voting forms are on the company website.

Nothing out of the usual.

It basically states that the directors will not be recommending a dividend is paid this year (as expected)

The directors renumeration policy states that the Total sum of all the directors salaries must not exceed £250k p.a. (fair)

It then has all the standard wording about ensuring the pay is appropriate for the role and in line with industry (also as expected & fair)

The directors are paid below this figure anyway as follows
2 x Directors each receive £80k
2 x Director each receive £30k

Seems very reasonable to me, as is the new auditor being appointed, that's an improvement imv given previous oversights mentioned. This combined with the new appointments to the board should improve the corporate governance.

The other resolutions are the Nairobi listing and then the standard pre emption rights.

We have the right parties on board in SA with the sheikh and funding JQ into production is pocket change for him, so no issues there and it comes with the prospects of all the neighbouring licences which they feel make up a much larger Gold province.

The 'war premium' has settled down.

Gold is still the safest play to be in times of uncertainty, China is doing another lockdown by the looks of things whilst the rest of the world and Europe has now adopted a learn to live with it approach.

If we get further inflation- good for gold.
If we get further covid - good for gold
If we get market panic - good for gold.
If the USD and global fiat blows up - good for gold.

I've been waiting for this pull back to add some more, the wider investment banks consensus is still gold above $2150 this year with some targeted $2500 end of 2022.

Some of the 3 year targets point to $5000+ and lots of the respected chartists think that will happen as part of the 7 year pattern on the charts.

In 3 years GCAT will be throwing of some serious cash by then and I think the guys have picked these land packages up for a bargain.

The Tanzania license alone increases our land package by 700% adds an additional 1Moz+ and they are targeting increasing Kilimapesa to 2Moz

That will be 3Moz before even scratching the surface in Tanzania where they plan to model up a preliminary economic assessment out over there.
