RE: The rise has begun21 Mar 2022 18:13
We know that Goldplat have sold $450k into the market having received shares instead of cash for their final tranche payment, (no issue with that as it preserves GCAT's company cash)
If Goldplat's core holding has remained the same, and they simply sold the $450k they had been given in new shares then I don't think they need to issue any Tr1.
The rest has just been the last of the placing shares which were unsubscribed, which look fo have been drying up now, but which have offered the present opportunity to accumulate below the 1.25p buy in price of ORCA, who hold 10% and have done their research.
The SP has now started to tick back up, so looks like the bottom is in.
By any metric, this is grossly undervalued and a proper re -rating back up towards the ATH can't be too far away now.
