There is a NPV valuation which was calculated prior to the release of the recent increase in the MRE at Saudi Arabia and based on much lower Gold prices

Its important to note that All three projects in the Arabian Nubian Shield, all with JORC-compliant MRE's and all still remaining open in more than one direction.

All are expected to generate progress throughout the coming year in resource increases.

The most recently published NPV of Tulu Kapi and Hawiah alone based on JORC-compliant Resources is £348 million.

NPV is internally derived using independently created financial models of net cash flows after tax and debt service, based on the Definitive Feasibility Study for Tulu Kapi open pit gold-silver mine, Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for Tulu Kapi gold-silver underground mine and PEA for Hawiah underground copper-gold-zinc-silver mine. Metal prices assumed were prevailing spot market prices at June 2020 and 11 November 2021 which equates to 12p/share valuation.

At the present price of Gold you are looking at 15-16p NPV valuation

This does not take into account the recently updated MRE and we are about to update the market with the ongoing drilling results from SA and clearly as these deposits remain open in more than one direction & they are expected to grow significantly.

The Company has now embarked on an accelerated development plan for its Kilimapesa Gold Mining and Processing Operations.

The aim of this is to achieve monthly gold production to over 2,000oz and annual production to approx. 24,000oz Gold.

This increased level of gold production is largely already supported by the current ROM production from the underground mining operations and the shallow open pit operations that commenced in late 2021, which has justified the planned doubling in capacity in the milling circuit. The optimisation and refurbishment of the tailings retreatment plant and construction of new heap leach plant will further assist in increasing gold production levels.

Alongside the mining activities, exploration across our licences continues with results from the recent exploration drilling are due to be announced by the end of this month with the focus on proving up a significant new open pit Gold zone to support both the resource growth and further increases in Gold production output.

I already have a few of those on the watch list and have done well out of CB companies over the years. XTR, BZT to name a couple I suspect many have BZT on the watch list to see if they can lock that licence down for Manakayan and then finally properly fund it by floating it on the ASX as that is a stunning globally significant Copper/Gold asset.

At the moment, the licence renewal isn't yet signed off. But if it does get signed off that would be off to the races on a major way.

Yes, that's the risk v reward that tends to deliver significant gains.

Get in ahead of production scale up when they are just about to exit the orphan phase.

By the time any of these plays are in full production with a couple of quarters production numbers at full capacity the real big gains have already been made.

I like to take a position on either pre production assets or ones which are about to see a resumption of production or spike up in production,

I also have some more speculative pre discovery plays.

The lasonde curve theory has served me well over the years.

A good recent example of resumption of production has been Ben's creek witnessing 800% gains.

Another good one last year, not quite as spectacular was RMM. 200%+ gains

All the pre production lithium plays saw huge gains last year.

Still some good battery metal opportunities out there.

Two of my present favourite commencement of production plays in the Gold space are KEFI and GCAT.

Both near term multibaggers in the making, but at different stages in the cycle, Both also carry the bonus of significant additional discovery potential.

Got some copper plays and silver exposure in my pf and starting to look at some wider commodity plays hence why I think this looks interesting, especially from a technical perspective.

Also started looking at some Agri plays as they seem to be overlooked at present.

Kropz saw a nice 100%+ gain but now approaching 100m market cap and from memory half of that in debt and just about to announce first production numbers its probably fair value right now until the next update.

KRS on the other hand at just 3m market cap (less than their net assets) and with an inventory ready to sell into the USA AGRI marketplace could see some major gains to come. Safe jurisdiction in the US also.

WRES kooks like a similar chart set up as KRS is forming here which what caught my attention.

Is exactly what we want heading into a news rich period.

Good to see.

Agreed all the hard work, but not necessarily sexy work, of several plant upgrades since taking over the mining operations from the previous owners who had the mine on care and maintenance is what is making the difference here now, alongside several other factors.

Caracal have employed a new mining workforce, plus a geologist team for the underground bulk mining operations to maintain high grade plant feed and have increased the output by a factor of 20 x times to the present output of circa 1000/oz per month from what the previous owners were achieving with a much smaller scale tailings operation.

Caracal only now need to double that to reach 2000/oz per month and already have the phase 2 & 3 planned processing plant upgrades underway.

To increase the swelling plant feed stockpiles alongside the ROM from the underground operations they have recruited highly experienced
team of exploration geologists who are working seperately from the underground mining geos.

The discovery team have mapped out a strike length of circa 7km of adjacent depsits where we are hoping to exploit an open pit operation at kilimapasa Hill where once all the planned plant upgrades are in place I wouldn't be surprised to see the team surpassing 2000/oz per month this year and that's not even taking into account the recent additional gold licences which have increased the gold defined JORC under licence to circa 1.6Moz+

Plans are then to increased the defined JORC deposits to circa 3moz+ and production of 50,000oz+ pa.

Assays are due before end of month for the planned open pit zone and that's where I see this getting really exciting

Just to highlight the 10 x bag opportunity here.

Anglo Asian (AAZ) 120m/cap FY 2021 Production of 64,610 gold equivalent ounces (from their recent RNS) this excludes their copper and silver production.

Once GCAT producing 50,000oz+ they will be trading in a similar market cap range.

That's a 10 x bagger from here.

If GCAT just get to half of that by year end 2022, still a 5 x bagger from here this year

I particularly like GCAT as from such a low market cap, it has the potential to multibag quite quickly as the upcoming news is released

Yes 700m over 10 years, just from one project based on the existing JORC which is about to be e expanded.

As at the end of last year, the combined net present value of KEFI’s interest in the three projects - Tulu Kapi, Hawiah and Jibal Qutman - rang in at £348million
(based on Gold @ $1750/oz.)

At the present price of Gold we are looking at a NPV of nearer to 16p+ per share once in full production.

Won't be surprised to find out these orders have been filled for a Kenyan Institution via one of the existing II's.

We are expecting drilling news to land before the end of this month with assays revealing the grades and the potential size of the Gold resource extension and expansion at kilimapasa hill along the strike length so looks like a perfect opportunity to add some more and likely the last chance in this bargain range.

We know that over in Saudi, drilling at Hawiah has been ongoing. With the aim is to boost an already sizeable resource.

I like the sound of KEFI being at just the start of mapping out a much wider Gold province in the region.

Looking forward to the incoming drill results.

it’s estimated that the Saudi project alone could produce US$70mln in net operating cash flow per year over an initial ten year period.

News on the full ML for Hawiah is also expected to land in the coming weeks. That's the final piece in the jigsaw for what will then be a mapped out JORC defined fully permitted mine, with multiple neighbouring extensions being drilled, and this is really starting to look very good indeed.

All of this alongside the various development news updates expected out of Tulu Kapi should make for a really good few weeks and months ahead here now.
