Does that mean that AFC have given ABB the option to buy $4m of shares at a price of 58.8p some time in the future ? If so this incentive implies that the share price should be higher than that in the future for it to have any point .
I had a look at the director buys from May onwards and noticed that a Β£20K buy was made at 53p , Β£650k buy at 65p and Β£4.5million buy at 62p . So I am quietly confident with my 54p buy . I will sit and wait .
This is the low price I have been waiting for , loaded up with a few more and averaged down again today , this could be my last chance before the inevitable rise . Just my opinion guys
interesting that they have chosen to ditch the motor show in favour of progressing the ABB partnership . Does this infer that they are not too concerned about publicising themselves at this moment and maybe have enough interest already with a good list of interested parties keen to get involved ?
