The Australian Patent Office have confirmed the patent is under review at their office. They’re moving fast with their responses and the way it’s looking, Australia could be the first to grant the patent in their jurisdiction. Massive news, as Australia is the home of some major pharma giants 👏🏻

5 strong programmes, 2 patents that could be granted any day, the market will soon find out what a unicorn they missed 😉

Best volume in long time. Looks like the patent office progressing the application and giving a positive indication really got new investors excited!

The bit that got me, was that he already has manufacturing agreements in place and ready to distribute. This sounds like a company that is fully ready to commercialise and aren’t waiting about on a takeover, as will distribute the products off their own back if necessary! Revenue generating imminent!

I don’t want to be overly optimistic, but there is no other company that can do what Genflow claim to do with the eyes. If they can prove the science, it really is a unicorn…
