A deal like that alone could put Genflow at 85x the current mcap.

Not surprised to see the shares being hoovered up over the past month as we await news.

As the roadmap and current market stands, anticipated news includes:

- Patent awards x2 (3 if including Rochester)

- Further grant awards (EU, UK, US) - £bn’s recently set aside by UK government for early stage pharma

- Lab updates for all programmes

- Pet partner licensing deal

- US policy updates to focus on longevity

- WEF policy updates to focus on longevity

- Ageing being formally recognised as a disease

- More institutions (perhaps even big pharma) showing an interest in a slice of the company

I think you’re right, just saw the market makers offers in the US on the OTC have been withdrawn! They don’t want to sell a bean before potential news it seems!

- 22nd October 2024 - 4m Euro's non dilutive grant / loan (Wallonia Region)

- 30th May 2024 - 800,000 Euro's non dilutive grant (Government of Wallonia in Belgium's Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products)

- 4th April 2024 - £715,000 Capital Plus Partners placing

- 18th January 2024 - 1.34m Euro's non dilutive grant

- 18th January 2024 - 1.55m Euro's non dilutive grant

- 11th October 2022 - 250,000 Euro's non dilutive grant (Applied Research Programme of Enterprise Estonia)

- 16th March 2022 - 3.375m Euro's non dilutive grant (Regional Government of Wallonia)

Looks like over £40k of buys now, will be interesting to see what happens in the US today!

Yes with such a low amount of shares in the public float as held mainly by Directors and institutions, it could quite easily erupt :)

And then there’s Genflow biosciences with a £6m mcap, so just on the low end of that deal alone, there’s a potential 20 bags upside…

Good to see strong price action over at OTC, with Genflow shares being bought in the US today at just under 5p a share, which is over 3x the listed UK price. Could it be that we just need a strong piece of news and this coiled spring rockets?

Plus with-in next 24-36 months, ageing expected to become recognised by the WEF, EHA and FDA as a disease = mega grants and enhanced spotlight on longevity companies.

Could be even sooner with Trump’s health task force in the US focusing on proactive instead of reactive healthcare.

Anxiously awaiting the formal publishing of their new health policies, plus aims and objectives while in office!

Genflow Biosciences could easily be the unicorn of 2025 :)
