RE: Thoughts on price movements this morning?15 Jun 2021 11:38
U.K. banks a disaster, US banks far ahead of where they were ten years ago, pretty much all the European banks and insurers are back to where they were, as always, ftse listed banks a washout, they have had their profits regulated away from them, hsbc poorly managed, only makes any money from HK and the Chinese are going to shaft them for ratting out the huawei ceo, they are caught between two superpowers as the U.K. doesnt much like Hsbc either. Problem is banks are selling off as inflation fears ease, so there is no “ driver “ for these now, at all, except dividend which is now pretty poor. Hence the endless sinking, a defo sell, like brexit basket case U.K. plc in general. The place to be, big US growth/tech again, in a big way and with usd protection ( sterling down against USD 11 years running now, terminal) Wheezing fat sweaty useless boris bunter not helping either.
