For me the future is not how much it all flows and whether its commercial and whether BB will be sidetracked and new wells flowing which will happen but how much recoverable oil we have. Does it surpass North Sea Oil with much lower extraction costs?.
The country needs this desperately and the silent majority will have their say regardless of those who seek, in all forms, to denigrate the achievements of British Companies. Keep the future British for the benefit of all of the country. Politicians please note!!

The recent negative sentiment for GGP is erroneous. Its supporters and protagonists are simply wrong.
One has only to read all the Blackhills RNS's from 21/5 to 19/7 to realise that Saddle Reefs alone could be a game changer for GGP and we have not even looked at Eastern, Northern Granites. (not entirely sure on Rogers)
Then there is Havieron and the possibility of an early stage deal/JV or similar potential agreement..
Then Ernest Giles results, Firetower etc and so on and so on. Where will we be after 12months of commited exploration and proving up?
The real possibility of a multiple projects Results RNS very soon can send this into orbit and make a mockery of the so called negative sentiment. Good luck and keep the faith.

They hate ordinary investors-especially the masses that are investing on Aim due to pension reforrms and low interest rates for years.
For them to think that we all may all end up richer than them especially from oil beneath their very own feet galls them to the quick.
No wonder through self interest they are trying to blame everything under the sun on oil extraction.
They are seeking to protect their selfish interests with no concern for the country or for you and I.
The fat cat financial press (Times, Telegraph etc) will do all they can to destroy UKOG and others aided and abetted by their minions in the stockbroker industry. Their lying articles will increase dramatically as this unfolds.
They will use all the trolls and shorters, and dodgy scientists & other 'ne'er do wells' they can muster to defunct this share.
We are under serious attack and must stand firm. As indeed must SS and the consortium.
Where is the Politician that will tell them to go take a running jump off a North Sea Oil platform or threaten them with a nodding donkey in there own back yard?. Perhaps The Mail will clean up AIM in time. THE FCA won't!

If there was bad news on the way this would drop like a stone in about 30 minutes or less and most small PIs would not be able to sell anyway in the panic. These small daily falls may indicate that one organisation (or two) wants a takeover aided and abetted by other very large shareholders at low cost for such an attractive long term proposition as UKOG especially with the potential Government support and possible long term improvements to extracting this type of oil.
It is a gamble but surely worth the risk if you are not "All IN" but sensibly in.
Maybe some are trying to exploit BB's initial failure to there own ends by trying to sow seeds of doubt.

SS and team will be very busy assessing results so far, some for RNS reports of EWT flow tests at Portland and the pump (2-3hrs ago) is still pumping, flare is still burning (re oilers twitter). GLA genuine investors big and small.

GH and team will be very busy working on EG results, Assessing/Negotiating? Firetower, Blackhills gold possibilities along with other minerals-Copper & Nickle Sulphide and indeed other projects. Just wait patiently!! GL to all genuine investors big and small..

I would think initial results would not be too long in coming if all is well.
The initial 24 hr oil pressure test is long gone and the short optimised test at full choke and the various other short tests should be well underway if not already completed or nearing completion. It will take some time to analyse/calculate oil in place, recoverable oil etc for Portland alone assuming it can be done independant of Kimmeridge but flow tests should be more straightforward, I think (Not an Expert). I do not think they will move on to testing Kimmeridge without reporting Portland initially.
To me it appears that the whole EWT operation has been carefully if not meticulously planned in order not to flow too much oil (assuming successful volumes) for prolonged periods in order to minimise Tanker transportation in this 150 day testing period for maybe obvious reasons.
We shall see but the anticipated recoverable volumes available are the most important figure re future share price in my opinion.

The way to negate GHs drip news feed price raise efforts is to lower the price before expected good news to lesson the impact. Majors do not want Greatland Golds share price sky high on Aim prior to any deals/takeovers/JVs etc on all or parts of GGP. They want the whole business or parts of for themselves as cheap as possible. Gold breeds greed. Nor do institutional investors and funds want sky high prices until they are all in to the hilt. BUT CAN YOU WORK OUT THE END GAME?? and just how much smaller PIs will benefit in the short term is questionable?. At what point is it no longer worth buying into the falling price? LTH's should benefit greatly so keep faith. Onwards and upwards eventually.

You may well be correct-unless theres a sort of Gentlemans agreement. Who knows. I am no expert on procedures etc.

I cannot believe that the drill results from EG will be released without having been appraised by Newmont. Newmont told GGP where else to drill and they would want to know (at this time) the results. If the RC drilling positively confirms good lesser depth mineralisation of the area and having confidence in their own DSG for deeper mineralisation then surely they will not let it pass after all their work? over 6 months. Good mineralisation at all depths may be the boost they require.
Onwards and upwards, hopefully the big one.

Its a waiting game now. I am no expert on clean ups etc and exactly the extent of them although I have some idea.
In 2016 start of flow testing 8th Feb to 1st flow reports (16th Feb) took 8 days presumably with little clean up operations. Then regular flow test reports from 16th Feb to the 21st March final one (1688bopd).
I assume the current clean up operations this time will be more time consuming than in 2016 before the the EWT proper can flow near 100% oil. Tankers(oil) would likely start the following day as was the case in 2016. EWT Time scales are longer this time(3 months, I think) with probable more production tests as indicated and to try and ensure no cock ups. I would hope that we may start getting news mid/late next week with tankers rolling soon after if all goes well and substained flows occur especially with the larger pump.

The start of the latest decline was when MM's (and others) second guessed that the results of 3 holes would not compare to the first exceptional hole result at Havieron. Now its 3 months before drilling at another selected Havieron sweet spot. Subsequent sucking in of bargain hunters at all levels down has continued unabated. Have they also second guessed that the Flagship EG may not be as good as expected - what with Newmont telling them where to drill - DSG surely means Deep so why only drill to only 600M's max. Only a deal on Black Hills will turn this around in the short term unless there is another exceptional first hole at EG waiting in the wings to be RNS'd. We can only wait & hope for either. The latest rise may still be part of the overall tactic to continue sucking in bargain hunters- We will soon know. AS I have said previously Hold for Gold??? but a watching brief may be best for the time being.

I have wondered since Newmont pulled out any deal with GGP whether the continued and substained depression of the GGP share price is deliberately orchestrated with the MMs agreement or indeed with others(institutions possibly) powerful enough to manipulate the share price so that each time there is a rise it falls back within a few days. The intention being that Newmont still wants GGP and cheaply to boot and a significant fall weakens GGPs hand for when Newmont comes calling at a time of their choice.
Perhaps the proactive drilling actions by GGP on projects other than EG were unexpected by Newmont and
perhaps GH having made significant discoveries on these projects have upset the Newmont time scales and the RNS panicked Newmont into thinking that a deal with Rio or others may be on the cards and possibly even close.
Newmont certainly have the cash mountain at their disposal if such a scenario occurred but would not want another Major part or wholly usurping them unless of course there were a behind the scenes merger or MOU possibility.
GGP is a tiddler in an ocean of big sharks who are circling waiting to pounce and GGP needs all their wits about them to positively survive with a future.
My thoughts may be way off kilter but there is surely something going on as it is not just normal market trading even for Aim..
Do not be surprised by what happens, I think. But what do I know.

May be a ploy to test the water. Any protesters appeared. Has High court hearing been put back?. Is it flowing? Are first indications positive. Who knows, least of all Pi's. Just have to wait for news.

It was a long slog (for some LTHs much longer) since 21/06/2016 to 6/10/17 then purple patch until January/18 (Newmont out) and another long slog till recent start of the latest purple patch. I thought that I would exit if I ever got my losses back having been greedy and inexperienced during Newmont times.
The potential is now so enormous across several GGP projects (with other GGP projects waiting in the wings) It would be a travesty not to hold for a much longer term. At some stage maybe sell some to cover my many small purchases over time but not yet.
GH and his few staff has done a fab job and must surely soon reap the rewards when this company is finally turned around.
