I agree. Amit can’t hide behind offshore jurisdictions, company structures anymore. The real issue is simple. Shareholders were told deals were completed, funds existed, and agent was contacting shareholders.

What I find remarkable is that after all these years, Amit still seems to believe silence is a strategy. It isn't. The more time passes without answers, the more serious the questions become.

One thing is certain, Amit has shown neither shareholders nor the legal process any respect. Years of lies, torture and pain he has caused. The only place left is to hold him accountable in court and he pays for everything. Maybe not tomorrow, or next month but the time will come.

Yes, we need the court to proceed asap.

Ah yes, I almost forgot about that. Amit had us calling our brokers to check whether they had been contacted by the paying agent, because he claimed the paying agent had already contacted them. Then we found out it was actually Amit himself contacting brokers from a ctag email address.

The false hope, the excuses, and the delays and how he played with shareholders emotions. It takes a seriously disturbed person to get any satisfaction from putting others through that.

Amit invented everything in his own fantasy. he gave shareholders false hope of money coming years ago. In reality, he fabricated the deals. J&J sent him a cease and desist letter. The last update was in August. Now he’s exposed and fears he won’t be able to invent anything else to enrich himself. Only the court will expose the truth we all know.

The reality is Amit used the reputation connected to his family and his brother past business success to build trust with investors. People believed him because they thought they were dealing with someone credible and experienced. Instead shareholders were met with years of misrepresentations, delays, silence. The fact is he is not a nice person. As the person said on X, those updates were purely to sell shares. Amit is a narcissist and hope he can pay for what he did to all shareholders.

Just seen Amit’s latest picture on X. Hard not to feel disgust after everything shareholders have suffered while he spent years feeding people false hope and consent lies. Seeing him after all the damage caused honestly makes my blood boil.

You can tell he has become so desperate that he is willing to sell the onitor domain, since no one is giving him money anymore. Who would ever buy a domain associated with Cloudtag?

And then he keeps swimming in circles and digging deeper holes lol. Classic behavioural pattern of an underlying mental health issue.

That is a good idea on X about sending individual pre action claims against Amit Ben-Haim. The more individual claims alongside the main legal group action, the more attention. It also shows the court wider pattern affecting many shareholders.

Great post Upsidedownman. He will not be able to distance himself from those updates. They show a clear misleading shareholders while shares were being sold. The purpose was obvious, create belief that deals were imminent and draw investors in.
