Its taken 7 months and counting without any progress? Wow… these deals got to be worth billions for it to take this long… oh wait its only $275M apparently!

I agree with Phoenix11 and havegun regarding the statements Amit has put on the website. I met with my lawyers last week regarding buying at pre ipo 2 years ago based on false promises. They also confirm the same as Phoenix11 has mention, he will be held accountable in the country he is residing in. The website is our bible and he will be held responsible for for the updates. My next move is depending on the next update, if its another delay tactics then I will be going ahead with it. I suggest all shareholders who bought at pre-ipo to take some sort of legal advice.

4 months since the “Deal Value” update came out.
I repeat which major buyer would take 8 months to conclude a settlement date if “both deals” are done?

Keep a eye on the shares in issue now and when he updates it again then come back to me.

Havegun - I think you should do abit more of research on private companies, they can sell private shares. Amit has sold shares to shareholders over the years and sent them a certificate for the shares. He can do whatever he likes and sells to whoever! You obviously can’t sell the shares you bought but Amit can sell you shares.

Conrad - Amit didn’t update us for 2 years when the shares increased from 752M to 988M. So you can imagine he isn’t going to update the holdings… By shareholders who have been offered them.

It’s because he’s still selling shares (I know for a fact he has sold shares over the 6 months) and with the positive updates his faithful shareholders will keep buying. He said last year in June “ DaaP has been successful and concluding discussions with buyer about settlement date”. Nearly 9 months and no sign of any final conclusion. Your answer is right there, no major buyer would take 9 months to conclude the deal.

Imagine the buyer telling Cloudtag they’re going announce the deal according to the British summer time end date LOOOL. Major pharmaceutical companies work on quater terms ie Q1, Q2 etc. Amit referred to later this summer basically end of Q3. What pharmaceutical companies work off BST time, too funny. 12 days left.
