I've heard Amit has been telling shareholders he's now focused on the DaaP, rather than the long promised notifications from the licensing deal. After a year of assurances about the licensing payment, there's still no 3rd party confirmation, and now he's shifted back to the DaaP. The agent has supposedly held the funds since April, so why haven't they sent it? Now, he's giving a new timeline for the DaaP, claiming it will happen later this year you honestly can't make this up.

I also just found out, through word of mouth, that after the delisting, Chorna was his right-hand man, calling investors to convince them to buy and sharing emails from the alleged buyer. If any investigation is happening, it should focus on him and others like Kev W and Chandra, they promoted it via social media. All need to face justice.

Spot on, totally agree with what you said. If Amit has indeed promised investors to be contacted by Wednesday, there should be no excuses for any delays. The communication needs to happen before the close of play tomorrow. The pieces seem to be in place, so if this is genuine, action should be taken without further delay.

Cloudtag is operating outside the legal framework that typically governs companies’ actions and shareholders’ rights. Without legal registration, shareholders may have limited or no rights in terms of corporate governance, voting, receiving dividends, or accessing company information.

Remember that person who said ii were contacted last week, Zepps? He is working with Amit to provide false information. I have contacted LSE has soon as he posted that last week, Cloudtag released the update.

I've had enough of Cloudtag Inc. this guy just won't quit helping himself. I urge all shareholders to forward this update to their UK brokers, to see if they can validate this. I will now submit an Action Fraud report on him starting tomorrow. All shareholders should report him to action fraud, as they will take notice.

Likewise, may I ask you, where is the proof that this is a scam? Indeed, shareholders are irritated. We have been waiting for this for years, and we all need money. We rely solely on the official updates available on the website. Has he given in to the deals? he is now announcing that he will pay us.

Since he told us in the previous update that “that a number of private investors and a London based US institutional investor were contacted ”, there is no reason why we shouldn't hear from them, he cannot possibly cause another delay as some investors have been contacted!!!

If you speak with brokers would have also shown to you that Amit had communicated with them on the distribution of funds to shareholders. These are the biggest brokers in the UK!
