I've heard the news isn't even close “few days” to what he stated. So don't expect him to show up this week.

Helx2, do you really think a buyer would tell Cloudtag a date in November, 15 weeks in advance? Considering they’re ready to make an announcement after the recent update? They'd hold off for 15 weeks? Of course not. Stop assuming the best of Amit, he has said he has the date, and there is no way it could be more than 6 to 8 weeks from the most recent update.

The funniest part is that I genuinely believe 1982, and this information would have come from Amit via another holder. Amit used to tell me the same news every week when I used to speak with him in 2020, and if it didn't happen, he would give me another timeline. As you can see, 1982 continues changing his timelines, therefore it appears that he is doing the same with 1982 or whoever he is getting the information from.

I would hope that he hadn't made anything up. But if he hasn't, then Amit will be the source of the information no matter where it started from. Let's hope that he is a honest person and, if there is no news by tomorrow, reveals his contact.

I agree with you, but the purpose of this message board is to allow shareholders to discuss the updates and voice their concerns without any negative consequences. Despite the fact that I am aware that nothing is going to change, but you have to call things out for how it is.

You're right, Rktech, however it appears to others we don't appear to own any Cloudtag shares because we've had enough of his false updates. He has actually stated that there is nothing else from him left; everything is in the buyer's hands, and they will make a statement once they are prepared. It's really ridiculous that the announcement was supposed to be made in May, but here we are in August with no date specified

Why isn’t it a lie? Helx2? Amit has already received three dates from buyers, but none of them have happened. Do you intend to forget that information? do you think of a large pharmaceutical company will miss 3 deadlines? How unprofessional does that look? Since no buyer would provide a date more than two months away, Whentag has a point.

I also shared a section of the subscription form on Twitter that indicated Amit had to provide the certificates by a certain date as he didn’t sent mine. Kev also expressed his support for Cloudtag and invested in it for "life-changing gains." Do you believe he purchased these on the market? These people do not come out because they are still in contact with Amit..

Conrad02 - Oh please, I believe I understand the distinction between "buying shares" and "evidence." I know enough about Amit to know that he is selling shares under false pretences. You probably weren't aware that I purchased my shares through a bank transfer, not to the account of "Cloudtag Inc" but to a different bank account. Do not question the evidence that I possess, matey!

Yes, Rktech, I have strong evidence that Amit sold shares to me based on the announcement, which was anticipated to happen in December 2019, and I bought shares based on his claims. If August goes by without a buyer announcement, Amit will have no idea what hit him.
