As I stated the next update, has to say main news will be released in August. Otherwise, I'm done, and I'll call out him for selling shares under false pretences.

Given that the deals are done, there is no way a big pharmaceutical company would put it off a fourth time. Why would a company hold back this information when everything is finished? It is totally absurd. We all know that Amit has stated that the agreement is with JnJ, so perhaps shareholders could start informing JnJ that Amit has sold shares in their name. A trustworthy shareholder informed me that they had seen email evidence from Amit proving the legal threat. Try emailing them and see if you receive a legal threat from Amit. It happened after the shareholder sent an email to Alta.

It's unrelated to Amit in any way. In fact, Amit recently threatened legal action against a shareholder who had emailed Shlomo about the URL you had provided.

Sadly, there will be another delay following yesterday's update. Big firms won't modify the announcement date at the last minute, so clearly there is a severe problem. It will be fascinating to watch how he attempts to frame this as a plus.

I’m not sure Rktech but he was still trying to sell shares last year in September. I wouldn’t put it past him if did sell shares after November update.

Although it is written in black and white, I remain quite sceptical. However, if this is postponed once more, I would not take anything he says on his website seriously. He stated that it would be announced by the end of May, therefore it has to happen by then.

Rktech - phone calls with Amit, he alluded to the deal to be announced in 2020… 3 years later and still nothing announced, yes you can tell I’m salty and you wonder why.

Announcement had to come before Amit can update us about the process and provide us with documentation. Unfortunately this isn’t going to happen hence why its gone to the last day tomorrow. God knows what he’s going to put out tomorrow but its going to be more blah blah and another meaningless deadline. Why hasn’t the DaaP been announced yet if it’s completed per 30th March update? Why is the buyer sitting on news if they bought the DaaP?. Snap Shenners I am more than prepared to chuck money at legal and held him accountable for the updates.

I’m just speculating here but it was clear we were waiting on the “Daap announcement by 5th May” but he also used the word “understands” which means this date wasn’t confirmed. By Amit starting off the recent update by Further to the last update on 30/03/23 means he is adding on to this update, and hasn’t rule that update out. Why? My guess is that since the announcement failed to happen within that timeframe, he was unable to inform us again that there was going to be yet another delay, etc. Instead, he informed us that we would learn the details of the financial settlement process by the 16th of May; this update would have occurred after the announcement regardless, so theoretically, the DaaP announcement must take place by the 16th in order for Amit to notify us of the process by which we will be paid, etc.
